Temple and jaw are the knockout buttons of the human body. But they are near the skull so it will be dangerous if you miss, as you could dislocate or break your fingers.

Hitting the nose/eyes messes up the senses and distracts the opponent. Also if you're hit on the nose, you eyes will water, even if it didn't hurt. It's a reflex to get potential dirt out of your eyes.

The back of the head of the head is very vulnerable. In combat sports this move is called "Rabbit punch" and is illegal in every single one of them. It can damage the spinal card, which may lead to irreparable injury. A rabbit punch can also someone:s brain from their brain stem, which will kill instantly.

And also vulnerable part of the body is the neck. A hit there messes up your breathing and your talking. It can however also damage the spinal cord and end with death.

A hit to the inner elbow can be very effective. It disables your opponents arm and make them drop what they are holding.

A very hard to hit, but very effective place is the solar plexus. The solar plexus is a nerve bundle, connected to many organs such as the liver. A hit there will cause a shortness of breath and pain. A lot of pain.

 A lot of pain

A hit to the liver causes immediate pain, dizzyness and loss of breath.

Kidney punches. They hurt. A lot. And you're probably going to piss blood for a week.

No, I'm serious, that will happen.

Groin. I think that one is very self explaining.

A hit to the outer/inner thighs or the knees, really fucks up your balance. It could also lead to torn ligaments.

Getting hit in the stomach isn't good. It hurts and it's very likely that you will vomit. Getting hit in the diaphragm however, is way worse. It causes your lungs to spasm and literally knock the wind out of you.
