Please note, that the reaction to pain, depends on the personality of the character and the wound.

-heavy, harsh, ragged breathing

-panting, gasping, grunting, hissing, groaning, whimpering, screaming, shrieking, moaning

-clenching their teeth, arching their back

-ears ringing, unable to speak

-pressing their hands on the injury to try and stop the bleeding, trembling, eyes rolling into their head

-vision blurring, room spinning

-crying, wailing in despair, begging for mercy

-clunching where it hurts with shaking hands

-joking, weak smiles, shaky laughs

-toughing it out, fixing their eyes on a point in the distance, taking deep breaths

-stuttering, swearing

-dissociating, staring into space
