Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of Dutch processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup of oil
1cup of milk
1 cup of hot coffee
3/4 tsp of baking powder
3/4 tsp of baking soda
2 large eggs
Procedure
In a bowl add the sugar,milk,oil and eggs and cream it until it's a whitish color
In another bowl sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients once it's mixed add the coffee
Pour into a 8'inches pan buttered and layered with parchment paper
Bake at 350'c
