The chances are that when you think of iconic, action-packed TV shows (to be more specific, those that include kickass characters kicking ass) those four examples right there are likely to feature relatively high on your list. And if not, they're probably on your friend's list, or their friend's list... OK, so you get the point!

The Challenge

Write a story combining the worlds and characters of two (or more!) of the TV shows listed above. Perhaps you'll have Daryl showing up in Sunnydale, or Sam & Dean turn up in Woodbury, or Faith & Angel arriving at the bunker resulting in what one imagines would be a very confused Castiel. The possibilities, while not endless, probably aren't far off!

The Fine Print

Stories should be submitted no later than July 31st, 23:59 GMT. Submissions received thereafter will not be considered eligible for judging.

Stories should be a maximum of 5000 words in length. This is not a hard maximum, and a nominal amount of leeway will be given.

While Buffy & Angel are separate shows, they share the same storytelling universe. Therefore for the purposes of this contest, the worlds and featured characters are considered to be part of the same show.

Mature content is permitted, as is fanfiction. Ensure your entry adheres to Wattpad's content guidelines.

To submit your entry for this contest, simply post the story to your Wattpad profile either as a standalone story or as part of an existing collection, and paste the direct link to your story in the comments section below.

The Prizes

X number of winning entries (depending entirely upon how many entries are received), as judged by a team of trained admins and ambassadors, will earn the right feature in an anthology featured across all involved profiles. 

Authors of those winning entries will receive a special 'When Worlds Collide Winner' sticker to feature on their respective book covers.

All other entrants will receive a special 'When Worlds Collide Runner Up' sticker, to feature on their respective book covers.
