Arthur sighs as he looks at the tons of papers Infront of him
"I seriously hate all this tiring work!" He thought to himself
He looks at Shinra and finds him lost in his thoughts again
Arthur's POV
What's wrong with him, did he fight with someone-? Wait why am I worrying about that devil...? Pfft he's not that important to me anyways I don't care but he's still my friend, Should I talk to him later after I finish all this work?
Shinra's POV
Why am I having those thoughts I don't like Arthur right? He's a stupid idiot and I would never fall for him! Plus two guys can't even date I don't like hi-
Shinra was cut off from his thoughts by Maki yelling at him for not paying attention to what he's doing
"S-sorry Maki-san"
"Hey shinra is something disturbing you? You don't seem to be paying a lot of attention today"
"I'm fine Maki-san."
"Hm okay if you have anything to talk about you can talk to me or Obi-san about it" Maki said
"Yeah"
The rest of the day passed in a blur and now it was time for him and Hinawa to cook lunch
"Shinra, if something is wrong you know you can talk to me..."
"P-promise not to tell anyone-?"
"I promise?" Hinawa said confused
"Well uh....I think I like someone and I don't know how to tell them.."
Hinawa looked at him then continued cutting the vegetables
"Well if you're not so sure of your feelings don't rush it, maybe you just love that person as a friend but your feelings got mixed"
"Thank you for the advice sir..."
(Time skip after they cooked and ate lunch)
It's now the same awkward moment of everyday....
Am I gonna panic again..?
Shinra sighs loudly
O-oops
"Hey shinra, what's wrong? You seem out of it lately"
"W-why do you care anyway??!"
"Hmph I was just being kind to you for once. But you know....you can talk to me and tell me your problems"
"W-well..."
Do I tell him that I think I like him? No way!!! When I confirm it first
"I think I'm starting to like someone recently"
"O-oh" Arthur says sadly
"So what is that person like?"
"Well um..they're really pretty and cute And have beautiful eyes"
Shinra covered his blushing face with his arm
"I'm still not so sure if I actually like them I just feel flustered around them-"
"Well you probably like her!"
"Go for it"
"I-i will"
(1 hour later)
Arthur's POV
Ugh why am I like this..?
Tears started streaming down Arthur's face.
I helped him know that he's in love with someone and I still can't tell him damn it!
*Sigh* i need to get over those feelings somehow...
He won't even accept me and will 100% reject me
Ok time to sleep or I won't wake up tomorrow
Arthur hugs excalibur and tries to fall asleep
"Is it morning already..? Why is it so dark?"
Is that Shinra over there?
I reach out my hand to try to grab him but my legs won't move
"Sorry Arthur I don't like you."
W-wait don't leave me please!!
I reached my hand again but he kept going farther and farther
"ARTHUR WAKE UP ALREADY!!"
Huh this voice-
"Shinra?"
"WAKE UP ALREADY LIEUTENANT AND MAKI-SAN ARE GONNA KILL US WITH TOO MUCH TRAINING"
"ok ok I'm awake"
Arthur yawns and rubs his eyes lazily
Shinra blushes a bit looking at him
"Come on let's go!"
"Wait I'll go wash up quickly"
"Okay"
(Arthur finished washing up and had breakfast now it's time for training)
"Ok you two come at me!" Maki-san yelled
"Hmph okay"
"HERE I COME!!!" shinra yelled as he almost kicks maki but she blocked his attack quickly
"Oi this is unfair-" he mumbled
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A GORILLA CYCLOPS!???"
"Whaaaaat I didn't say that!!"
(After lots of painful training lololol I skip a lot sorry- I just can't express what I'm thinking into words)
"Aaah this was tiring" shinra and Arthur both say and sigh
Each one of them sits in their office seats
"Ah great not much work today!! But this is still boring "
Arthur started getting ready to do everything until he looked in shinra's crimson red eyes
"So beautiful..."
"Um- Arthur is there something on my face?"
"H-huh? sorry I just spaced out-"
"Oh it's okay let's just get this work done"
