5. Surprise Note

Jimin had been awoken by the sounds of the city, cars beeping, birds chirping and people talking. He turned to his locker to see what time it was. 9:12AM. Jimin sighed at the thought of having to get out of his cozy sheets. Reluctantly, he did. He headed to the bathroom to have a shower and whatnot. When he finished up, he noticed a letter laying on the counter. Call me <3 - Yoongi. Jimin couldn't believe it. He just chuckled and put the note into his wallet and headed out to apply for some jobs in the city.

"Where do I even go" thought Jimin as he left the building.

Jimin had been wandering around the city for about an hour before seeing a sign outside a local shop saying "Help Wanted". Of course, he went inside to apply.

He walked up to the cashier to ask for an application form. "Hello, how can I help?" asked the cashier. "Hi, my name is Jimin, I was wondering if I could apply for a job here?". The cashier handed Jimin a form to fill out and told him to take a seat in the back to fill it out.

Jimin finished the form rather quickly. He handed it to the cashier before leaving and hoped he wouldn't have to apply for any other jobs because honestly, he found it very boring.

Jimin headed to a local park and took a seat at an empty bench. He pulled out his phone and scrolled through social media for awhile before remembering the note Yoongi left him. He contemplated wether or not he should ring him or wait awhile. Seeing as he had nothing better to do, he gave him a call.

"Hello?" answered Yoongi in a rather deep voice.

"Hey Yoongi, it's Jimin"

"Hey man, what's up?"

Jimin was kinda confused on why Yoongi answered like that, I mean, he had left the note saying ring him, right?

"Not much, I just decided to give you a ring, I just applied for a job at a local shop. Hopefully I get the job otherwise I'll be fucked for cash.

"That's great! I hope you get the job, now isn't exactly the best time, I'm sort of busy, can I ring you later?"

Jimin hadn't expected this, at all. Maybe he was busy writing thought Jimin.

"Sure, text me when you can call and I'll give you a ring" said Jimin kind of upset.

Yoongi hung up. "What the fuck" thought Jimin angry at Yoongi, until he got a text of Namjoon.

Jimin had waited for Namjoon to reply for a few minutes before decided to go home. As he was leaving, he decided to get a hot dog from a local hot dog stand. He ate it completely on his way home. "Wow that was delicious" thought Jimin.

As he got home, he decided to start unpacking his suitcase. He put all of his clothes onto the bed and sorted them into categories. Jimin was like this, everything always had to be organised. He put his coats on a small coat hanger that was provided in the room. He then organised his closet for the next hour.

As he finished up, he heard a knock at the door. To his dismay, when he opened the door it was no other than Yoongi standing there.

"You did say I could come over anytime I wanted"

Jimin couldn't exactly send Yoongi away so he invited him inside. He prepared some lunch for Yoongi and himself while Yoongi was in the bathroom. When he came out, Jimin had prepared two sandwiches for them both.

"Yoongi..." said Jimin while looking down at his sandwich.

Yoongi just let out a quiet "Hmm" before letting Jimin continue.

"Namjoon left a note saying call me" (He decided not to tell him about the heart) . I thought you were the one who left it so that's why I rang you so suddenly, I hope I didn't interrupt anything"

Yoongi just laughed and told him that it was typical of Namjoon to mess around like that. He also explained that he was just busy writing and didn't want to forget what he was trying to write while on call, saying that is why he hung up so suddenly.

The boys had just chilled and watched a movie for the night before Jimin noticed Yoongi had fell asleep on the couch. Jimin couldn't help but notice how cute Yoongi looked while sleeping. Instead of him waking up Yoongi, he just grabbed a spare blanket from the hot press and lay it over him.

Jimin was about to head to bed before he heard

"Thank you, Jimin" coming from Yoongi.

Jimin just laughed and told him not to worry about it before heading to bed himself. He pulled out his phone realising he had four missed calls from the shop he applied for.

"Fuck sake, well, another job application I'll have to fill out tomorrow I suppose" he thought to himself before going to sleep annoyed.
