I've begun editing the story to my liking so I can be more comfortable with continuing it. It's a bit messy as I wrote it a while back, I like to think I've gotten better and with the plans I have for the story🥰. Don't worry it should still be pretty much the same just better written/pieced together than it was before.

The major changes I can think of right now would be Mr. Williams name and some things about Ravens life/ involvements. Also how the story pieces together I'm going to try to better it and smooth it out a bit.

Mr. Williams / Mason Williams
Will now be Lance Russo / Mr. Russo

I think it better fits the character as he is supposed to be Italian and also in another story I plan to cross over with this one🤫 the main male character is also Italian. So it just goes better instead of like a white/American name yk?😭

Anyways if you've come back to read / still interested , thank you and enjoy.

So if you see Mr. Williams or any other things that is random and doesn't seem apart of the new version please lmk in the comments 😊

Ravens POV:

I hiss in pain as I walk to the bus stop. I accidentally woke up my father this morning, it's quite funny how actually. I was still stiff from last nights beating, I misstepped and tripped down the stairs. Unfortunately, my father woke up and was still in the mood he was in last night.

Usually I'm more careful but I could care less today. I was sore and tired, ever since I woke up I just wanted the day to be over. What I really wanted was for school to be over, then that way I could finally move out and be with Gray and Jake.

But of course things didn't go my way. I lean against the stop sign as I wait for the bus. Students around me talking quietly or looking down at their phones. I was dressed in the normal school outfit, sweatpants and one of Grays hoodies. It was big on me but it was comfortable, comfort over style.

The bus squealed to a stop. I slowly made my way to the bus, letting the others get in front of me and to walk as normal as possible. I forced myself to breathe and ignore the burning pain throughout my body. Once everyone was on, I made a step to get on but pause when I see my history teacher, Mr. Russo in the drivers seat from under my hood.

He gave me a small smile and I returned it as I got on. I held in a hiss as I stepped up on the last step. "You're a bus driver?" I asked quietly. The regular bus driver almost never took off and seeing him as the replacement was bit surprising.

"Only for the week."

I decided the very front seat would be best since I was in no condition to navigate around kids and backpacks. I slip in the seat behind the drivers and leaned my head back. I took in a long breath.  My stomach ached from the punches I received this morning and last night. He landed a punch on my cheek and I made sure to cover the already purpling spot with makeup before leaving.

I took slow breaths, trying to ease the pounding in my head. I took out my phone and tapped Grays contact. I thought about texting him but I didn't want to bother him this early. I knew he had a rough day yesterday but other wise I would've blown up his phone until he woke up.

I stare out the window waiting to be at school, I hated school. I didn't even need to go to school, I've finished high school and college online. But I go to keep it less suspicious plus to get away from my father. Of course I could hang around Grays and Jakes but I didn't want to be a burden on them all the time.
