Explaining

Breanna backed away from what she was seeing. No!This scene! It can't be right! This never happened! Another scene flashed through her mind. Her younger self was hiding in a bathroom stall. But from what? Breanna could tell that the young girl was terrified. But where was James at? She heard the stall door open and a loud,robotic screech and saw a pair of yellow hands grab young Breanna. Everything went black.

Breanna's eyes shot open and she looked around. She was in the Office with James looking over here. "Morning kid. Did you have a nice sleep?" Tears spilled from Breanna's eyes and she immediately hugged the former security guard. He seemed surprised first but smiled. "I'm so sorry James," she said, "I got you killed." "So you remember everything?" James asked. Breanna nodded. "Well then." James broke away from the hug and sat down. "We have some explaining to do." Breanna sat down on the floor. "So Breanna," James began, "you never really told me how your parents left you alone here and not realize it. So how exactly did that happen?" Breanna looked up and said: "Well my parents might of had a drink before they went into the car. I had my jacket over a pillow we use for travelling and they thought that was me. That's pretty much it." She looked back at James who was trying to hold back a laugh. "Now how did you recognize me?" she asked him. "Well my spirit is trapped in this place," James said, "so I watched everything. I watch the kids play with Freddy, I've seen you walk in every day, I even watch Maya as she works here." He sighed. "OK, first of all, not creepy at all! Second, who is Maya?" James smiled. "Maya is,was, my girlfriend. She loved to act and I would sometimes help her out. But now she works here and although she could love someone else now that I'm gone, she still loves me." Breanna nodded. Then she remembered. "Oh my gosh! I got to get back to my friends! Please help me get back James or they will be in big trouble!" James closed his eyes and nodded. "Okay, I'll help. But just know that this may be the only time we can ever see each other." He opened his eyes. "But don't forget that I'm always here." Breanna nodded. "Now close your eyes and you'll be back with your friends." She closed her eyes and felt a tingling sensation go throughout her whole body. She could hear her friends' frantic cries getting louder and louder until they sounded as if she was right next to them. Breanna opened her eyes and she was in the Office again, this time with her friends.
