Most of the other Slytherins agreed, as well as a few Ravenclaws who had finished their studying, and even a few Hufflepuffs exchanged murmers of agreement.

No Gryffindors made any sign of wanting to join, until Hermione spoke up, "We'd love to!"

Harry suddenly looked up at Hermione, eyes wide, "I'm sorry, 'we'?" he asked incredulously.

"Yes Harry, we as in me, you and Ron. And any other Gryffindors that would like to join us" she said matter-of-factly.

The mention of his name caught Ron's attention, "What? But i don't want to! And besides, isn't truth or dare a kids game?"

"Not the way we intend to play" Pansy replied with a smirk.

"But-" Ron tried to argue.

"Ron" Hermione said, with a serious look on her face.

Ron huffed, "Fine, but I'm only playing because I'm scared you'll bite my head off if i don't."

This earned Ron a few light chuckles from around the room and a glare from Hermione which made him gulp.

"Harry?" Hermione asked turning to face the other boy who was still sitting on the sofa.

Harry didn't particularly want to play, but knew better than to argue with her and gave a small sigh and simply replied, "Sure."

"Hey I wanna play too!" Shouted Ginny. This earned many eye rolls from the others, the Slytherins in particular, but nobody objected.

All four of them made their way over and sat in the circle on the floor that the others had begun to form. Harry sat in the middle of Ron and Hermione, until Ginny came over and squished her way in between her brother and Harry. Ron just rolled his eyes at this and moved over. Hermione was sat to the right of Pansy, who was next to Blaise.

"Draco!" Pansy called "Come join us."

"No" Malfoy replied shortly.

Pansy sighed "Get your arse over here before I drag you over myself."

Harry guessed that there was some truth behind this statement, as Malfoy then proceeded to swiftly walk over and join his classmates on the floor, beside Blaise.

"Thank you" Pansy said sweetly.

Draco just rolled his eyes.

Harry looked up for the first time and glanced around the circle to see who was playing; himself, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Pansy, Zabini, Malfoy, Justin Finch-fletchly, Susan Bones, Luna (who had dragged a reluctant Neville over with her) and a few others that Harry didn't recognise.

"Does everyone know how to play?" Pansy asked. Most people nodded but a few people shook their heads.

"Okay, so what will happen, is I'm going to spin this bottle-" she pulled out her wand and transfigured one of the pillows into an empty bottle of Firewhiskey and placed it in the middle of the circle "- and whoever it lands on, I get to ask them 'truth or dare'. If you say truth, then you will have to do a shot of Veritaserum first, to make sure you don't lie, and if you chose dare and refuse to do it, then you will get a sharp stabbing pain somewhere on your body. Everybody understand?" There were a few murmers of understanding and people nodding their heads.

"Good, let's start." Pansy spun the bottle, and it landed on Ginny.

Pansy looked momentarily disappointed but then a smirk appeared back on her face "Alright Weasley, truth or dare?"

Ginny glared at Pansy and spat her answer, "Dare."

Pansys smirk grew "I dare you to sit on the opposite side of the circle from Potter."
