Well I want to share about how to do the bills that I have paid during the covid19 era during the 3 months starting from April to June 2020.
First of all I've noticed that I have not received any bills but Im not the kind of person that sits and not think. I downloaded the TnB apps and see my bill are still continuing and have to pay, even at that time the MCO first phase is ongoing. At that time people have to sit at home and no going out.
Second a total of RM500 have been settled because I have this app. It keeps me updated form time to time about the electricity bills. If I didnt know about this, I will pay RM500 for 3 months and feel shocked. Why?
Most people said their bills have gone up during the MCO.
Lastly, I am outdated to know any issues in this case. But for me I will try as hard as possible to settle the bills. Also if some people have some information on the high bills that happened recently, I'm willing to hear out what happened during the times that I've been inactive on Facebook.
