Dr. Steele's Legend has been told many times through students and professors at California University of Pennsylvania or Cal U for short. One night a couple of students decided to stay the night to see if the legend was true. Some died in the process but the main characters survived. Even someone got possessed. They all survived telling the freshman the next morning about Dr. Steele none really believed them. There were 2 ghosts and that was the end of that story.
The group decided to start a ghost hunting business and one day they got a phone call after Dr. Steele killed a kid (coming out of the pipes with the pipe falling on the kid). Some crazy things happen. They find out Dr. Steele has amazing technology and go through his revenge. Fires, blood, pain, memories, catwalk exploding. They rebuild the building now called Steele Hall Ghost Hunters. And that's where we left off...
