Narrator was quite surprise when they arrived to Mully's parents house they greeted him so warmly he felt bad he didn't bring him a present. His mom took him away from Mully to bring him over and told him to sit down as she made dinner. Narrator offered to help her cook but she refused and told him to stay by the table. Mully was quite embarrassed at the way his mom was dotting on Narrator. She asked him a lot of questions on his personal life if he had siblings, how his parent how they were like. She was so interested in everything he had to say it had have to made him nervous.

Narrator was feeling so happy while talking to his mom her sweet and energetic personality was rubbing off of him. He only knew her for a few mins and it feels like he knew her since he was little. During dinner was when he spoke with his dad Narrator didn't realize how different their personalities are his dad had more of a closed off personality but they were both really nice to talk to.

"Oh I am so glad you brought him here today." Mully's mom told them. "It's been so long since we last meet any of your friends. Which reminds me I have some photos of Mully I want to show you!" She instantly pulled Narrator to the living room.

"Mom, no don't do that!" Mully complained, calling after them.

Narrator laughed at every embarrassing photo of Mully he didn't know how his mom had the time to stuff him in so many outfits. His mom decided to go upstairs for a bit to go get somethings to show him. Narrator was smiling from ear to ear Mully can tell he was having a really good time so he guesses all this embarrassment was worth it. He can almost wished that Narrator can stay here forever. He considered asking him if he would stay in AUS with him. Would he hate the thought?

Narrator got a call he frowned and told Mully he'd step aside to take it he said ok, and waited for him to comeback. He thinks once he comes back he will ask him to live with him for a while. Summer in AUS vs Texas is exact opposite since he hates the summer maybe he would want to live with him in AUS as it turns to winter, for this purpose. He wanted him to stay with him he really enjoyed his company and he didn't want him to go back so soon no that he has him here he wanted to keep him with him. Mully felt really determined to throw out his plan but when Narrator came back he looked super frustrated and worried.

"I need to go back." He told him.

Mully's heart stopped, "What?" he asked.

"My father's in the hospital." he paced around, "IㅡI don't know why Mully, My mom didn't say why she said he's fine, but what if something serious is going on. IㅡI don't know what I gonna do she just said that, I don't have to come back so soon butㅡ" Mully could tell he was in full on panic mode the more the rambled on.

He had to calm him down his first ideas was to bring him back to his place. He quickly told his parents that they had to get back and some lame excuse lucky Narrator went along with it.

"Calm down, things will be ok alright?" Mully told him.
They were in the car now and Mully was trying hard to calm him down. This was such bad timing for everything there was no way he can bring up what he wanted to say.

"How can it it?! My dadㅡ" without thought Mully pulled Narrator to a kiss.

He started at him in complete shock and Mully thought, this was it, it's over for him. "I'm so sorryㅡI didn't know how else to calm you downㅡ I, just... lets get back first."

The rest of the car ride was in silence it was perhaps his longest car ride in his life ever. Narrator was on his phone the whole time he was wondering what his was looking for.

"What are you looking at?" He asked nervously.

Narrator looked back and forth from his phone to Mully, he was so distracted it made him feel anxious.

"I'm looking for plane tickets, I have to go back tonight."

His heart was pounding. He had to leave now? He won't be able to see him for a long time. This made him feel terrible. He wanted to be with him especially at times like now, he felt that he really wanted to make him feel comfort. What should he do? He thought.

"Maybe find 2 tickets!" Mully blurted out. Narrator looked up in a worried confusion, "You should, take me with you.. you are really stressed and I'm worried about you so please.. let me come with you." He tried say.

He knew that this was a serious situation and didn't want Narrator to do something stupid out of frustration.

Narrator thought about it for a while, "I, uh, yeah, yeah that's fine, yeah, thanks..."

He put his phone down to burry his face in his hands he was super stressed. Mully didn't know what to do so he sat down next to him and pulled him into a hug.

"Hey.. Mate, it will be fine.. he's fine.. Ok..? Here, let's go get those tickets."

Narrator felt so overwhelmed he was glad he had Mully to be with him at this time. He just let Mully continue to hold him.

"Yeah.. yeah..."

They managed to get tickets at 5am it was unfortunately more expensive but considering the situation he just accepted it and paid for it. Mully set a time near 5am so the can get ready for tomorrow. Mully tried to make Narrator relax by putting on a movie. He felt so relaxed as they were laying on the couch he didn't even realize but they both fell asleep.
