Fast Friends

Heart beating, wind in his hair, and the loud guitar of the song in his ear. Its not often when Moon hears things over the music, but he just heard loud yell of pain. He first thought it was a grimm but he remembered he was in the middle of Haven academy. He couldn't think of any thing that would injure someone in a Huntsmen academy. He took his headphones out and heard laughing. Oh. Hell. No. He jogged around the corner and found some big brutish dudes kicking some smaller dude on the ground. "HEY! Is there a problem here fellas," Moon called out.

One of the bigger guys turned to look at him. His two goons looked at the faunus kid. "This animal thinks he can be huntsman like the rest of us," the big guy said. (I'm just gonna say BG=Big guy. And G1=Goon 1 G2=Goon 2) "Oh I totally understand,"Moon grinned and walked forward and bumped the big guy out of the way. He walked up to the guy on the ground. Moon laughed, " its almost to easy."

Moon swung his leg back like he was gonna kick him. The guy whimpered and covered his head. Moon swung his leg forward but jumped over the kid and jumped off the wall and drop kicked the big guy. BG hit the ground and grunted. G1-2 just stood their agape before jumping into the action. Moon rolled out of the way
Of a sword and rolled to his feet.

He stepped back and the two advanced on him. G1 swung his sword at Moon, who blocked it with his gauntlet and grabbed it by the hand guard and ripped it out of the guys hand before he kicked the guy in the chest. G1 hit the ground and rolled across the floor.

Moon threw the sword at the guy and the hilt bounced of the guys forehead.  The dust in the sword rattled around and blew up shocking, freezing, and burning the guy at the same time. Needless to say the guys aura broke.

BG got up and ripped an axe off his back, "I'm gonna crush you nerd." Moon just smiled and ducked under G2's baseball bat. BG threw his axe at Moon. Moon, being the cocky asshole he is, crossed his legs and bowed like he finished a play and the axe flew over his head and smacked G2 in the face. G2 hit the floor so hard he cracked the floor and his aura.

Moon stood up just in time to get hit in the back by the gravity power axe. "Aw that's cheating, " Moon groaned. He heard a yell of effort and rolled to the wall. The axe imbedded in the ground and Moon stood up. BG was trying to pull the axe out of the ground. Moon kneed him in the mouth.

BG recoiled and got punched on the chest and bounced off the wall, then smashed his head into his axe handle. His aura cracked and sputtered. Moon stomped on his head which finished the crack and shattered it.

Moon sighed and looked at the kid, who he now realized had a huntsmen weapon. "Hey kid, you okay?" Moon asked while rubbing the back of his head.

"Y-yeah, I'm good," the kid stuttered as he uncovered his head. "Th-thank you," he said as he sat up. The kid was holding his ribs when Moon extended him his hand. The kid reluctantly grabbed it and Moon pulled him up to his feet.

"What's your name," Moon asked. Moon could now clearly see the ears and how bruised and beaten they were. "F-f-fox," Fox seemed uncomfortable because of Moon's wondering eyes. "Well that seems appropriate given your situation," Moon said. "I'm Moon," Moon introduced himself. "Why don't we ditch the resident bigots."

Moon and Fox walked a fair bit away from the fight before Moon couldn't take it anymore.

Moon sighed and reached into his black hoodie and pulled out what seemed like a small vial of cream. "Do you want me to heal your ears," Moon asked as he opened it.

Fox just stared at him before he flattened his ears and took a step back. "W-what," Fox asked as he prepared to run.

Moon noticed the fear and confusion so he put the lid in his pocket and held the vial so Fox could read it. 'Faunus Care Cream'. "My brother is a monkey faunus. He forgets his half the time. Many faunus don't believe this stuff works but it does," Moon said in a calm manner so fox wouldn't freak out.

Fox just sighed and said, "S-s-sure. If you want." He lifted his ears tilted his head as Moon put some on his hands and tightened the lid. Moon slowly and carefully spread the cream on Fox's ears.

"It's so stupid that aura takes longer to heal Faunus parts. Speaking of, this will make it a bit harder for you to hear for an hour," Moon warned.

After moon finished they walk a bit further before Moon asked,"What's your plan for initiation."

"I-i guess just to make it through," Fox said.

Moon realized how tired he was after his run and brief fight. He noticed how close they were to the temporary sleeping quarters. "You going to lay down yet? cause I'm going to. " Moon asked. "I-i believe I will stay to walk for a bit," Fox stated. "Cool, I hope to see you tomorrow at initiation," Moon said as their path diverged.
