"Corosaki.." I grumbled, and he nonetheless ignored me. I couldn't believe he was letting himself waste away like this, so I stormed out. Screw that, he could come and apologize when he was ready for his break.
I went throughout Adderham City, just to see his many troops attempting to attack. I rushed to the castle, and warned King Garrett, but.. King Garrett.. He seemed too depressed. Too.. Broken. Why wasn't he trying to fight back?
"Garrett, you have to fight back!" I stated, and Garrett tiredly looked at me.
"It's illegal to fight back," Garrett looked half asleep. "I'd lose my head if I did."
"Then I will. Give me your troops, and I'll deal with it!" I demanded, and Garrett just sighed.
"Do you really want to risk yourself like that? Are you crazy?"
"Yeah, I'm as crazy as you get them." I told him, and he snickered softly.
"Fine fine. Go nuts." Garrett got up, still in his formalwear. "We both will."
"Thank you Garrett!" I smiled a bright smile, and the life returned in his eyes.
"You're more than welcome, but I should be thanking you. You're going to be saving Adderham."
"Well, you're welcome, too!" I rushed out, with the Adderhamian king following behind me. What was I doing, fighting against my dearest Corosaki? Was he wrong, to challenge the lives of so many people? Yes. I thought he was and I stood by that belief. I needed to save them, even if it ruined my relationship with Coro, Maryanne, and Miles.
