I silently made my way to the dungeon, I couldn't believe this. I never wanted this to lead to Corosaki's demise, but.. But it had. I fought a fear tears as I entered, and I seen Corosaki right away.

Tears were rolling off of his face, as he softly mumbled to himself. His wrists chained to the concrete wall and his ankles to the similar floor, I could see him softly struggling. No, not struggling, but trembling. Unfortunately, I knew exactly why he was trembling, I had gotten him here. I had seen in one of his papers, if this had kept up for a few more days, he would've been handed a peace treaty to sign. His voice would've finally been heard.

".. Mom, I'm scared.." Corosaki looked up at the roof, and I silently watched. ".. Does it hurt when you die? Are you and grandma waiting for me..? I'm sorry I wasn't stronger - you said this fight was my destiny.. Was I supposed to win, or is this really my destiny..?"

"Coro..?" I softly called, and he looked over at me. He cried a lot more, and I couldn't believe that such a cold man could be just as soft. Just as emotional.

"I'm sorry Y/n, I'm sorry I never got to show you how much I love and appreciate you.." Corosaki sighed, a soft yet sad sigh. "You were right, though.. I became blinded by this hunger, I really am the corrupted Nagasaki.."

"You're more than that." I looked at him, with a soft smile. "I fell for you, Corosaki, not your brother."
