Okay so, Cecilion and Carmilla had 3 children, the oldest was a boy named Shadow (emo right?🤩 as much as I want to change some major details like this, I can't since i may or may not have forgotten the plot..😭) , the middle was a girl named {Y/N}, and their newborn, a boy named Red.
The Ansaac family lived at Avalor; a border between the abyss and the Moniyan empire. Carmilla and Cecilion tried to live a normal life in the Moniyan empire along with their children, not wanting to draw much attention to themselves since Carmilla and Cecilion were fugitives in the abyss and is currently seeking shelter in the Moniyan empire. But no matter their efforts of laying low, their children would always excel in things but they didn't mind it as much, since it gathered the attention of the knights in the Moniyan empire and they were now offered protection because of their contributions.
Of course, Carmilla and Cecillion didn't want their children to know that they were fugitives. They were far too young to understand their problems.. they didn't want them to be burdened by such information.. what kind of parents would they be if they would just tell them that? But overtime, they grew curious. So, to divert their curiosity into fear, they would tell stories, stories that would at the least keep them out of the abyss and their criminal past. A method both Carmilla and Cecilion liked to do was to make an ilusive scar and show it to their children whenever they would tell their stories as 'proof' if what the Abyss would do to them if they were to ever enter; and it worked too well for their liking but who cares? As long as it'll keep their children safe... they're willing to take risks.
