It was just another boring day at school. Flash tortured me, teacher gave me glares, yada yada. Happy was picking me up from school today.

"Hey, Happy!" I beamed at the older man. Happy grunted in reply and started driving. I smiled and chatted about my day, minus Flash, because Happy would tell Dad and Dad's gonna probably kill Flash.

I'm pretty sure I had chattered Happy's ears off, but I couldn't really care. After Happy dropped me off, I entered the Compound.

"Good afternoon, Peter. Boss and the Avengers are at a meeting, I highly suggest you do not disturb them." FRIDAY's melodious voice greeted me.

I replied a simple 'hello' to FRIDAY before heading to the pent-house. As I walked past the living room, I heard voices.

I peeped into the door, and saw Director Fury in a hologram talking to the Avengers.

"Avengers, it seems like Spider-man got hold of your plan to capture him. He is hardly seen in Queens anymore!" Fury sounded cross. "I want Spider-man in in a month, got it?" Then there was a beep.

I heard Dad sigh. "We've gotta figure out how to catch Spider-man." He said.

"But how? He's hardly seen anymore!" Steve replied.

"But if the crimes are going up, he's sure to go out right?" Rhodey reasoned.

Yeah. I've actually been tempted to. But maybe I can go for patrol without being caught! Or if I get caught I could fight them?

With my super hearing, I heard Clint get up. I quickly scrambled to get away, which resulted in me crashing onto the floor.

Dad came rushing out. "Pete! What happened?"

I got up from my position on the floor and replied, "I tripped and fell."

"Alright. Come on, let's go to the labs." Dad suggested.

"Actually, I don't feel so good. Maybe I can go to my room to rest?" I asked nervously.

Dad frowned but agreed.

I ran to my room, and turned on my computer. I hurriedly looped FRIDAY's cameras, before tossing on my suit. I swung out of the window without a second thought.
---
"Boss, Spider-man has been sighted." FRIDAY's voice echoed.

Natasha and Clint stood up. "Let's go catch a spider." Clint paused, then added, "Not you, Tasha."

Natasha merely rolled her eyes and left.

"Spider-man, you've gotta follow us." Clint spoke as sternly as he could (FYI not stern at all). The two Avengers sworn they could see Spider-man tensing up.

"No." Spider-man replied.

"But you must. If you don't follow, I'm gonna shoot." Clint stated.

Spider-man still did not move.

Clint shot and arrow at Spider-man.

Much to his surprise, Spider-man dodged. Spider-man dodged his arrow.

Spider-man turned. "Why should I follow you?" He asked, voice slightly harsh.

"Because Fury wants to know your identity." Natasha spoke.

"There's a reason why I have a mask. To protect my identity. So why should I reveal my identity?" Spider-man glared.

Natasha frowned. She raised her hands, and fired her Widow bites. Spider-man dodged them again.

When Clint raised his bow again, Spider-man webbed Clint's feet. "Sorry, Hawkeye, but this Spider ain't following you."

Natasha fired more Widow bites. Spider-man webbed her up too. "Sorry!" He yelled, swinging away.

Peter's POV

I was happily enjoying my patrol when a voice called out, "Spider-man, you've gotta follow us." Ugh. It was Clint.

"Karen, turn on voice modifier." I muttered, back still facing Clint. Karen hummed a reply, and I replied to Clint, voice steady. "No."

But you must. If you don't follow, I'm gonna shoot." Clint stated.

I still did not move.

My Spidey-sense acted up and I dodged.

I turned. "Why should I follow you?" I asked, voice slightly harsh.

"Because Fury wants to know your identity." Natasha spoke.

"There's a reason why I have a mask. To protect my identity. So why should I reveal my identity?" I glared at them under my mask.

Natasha frowned. She raised her hands, and fired her Widow bites. I dodged them again.

When Clint raised his bow again, I flicked my wrist, webbing up his feet. "Sorry, Hawkeye, but this Spider ain't following you."

Natasha fired more Widow bites. I quickly webbed her up too. "Sorry!" I called back, swinging away.

I landed on a nearby building, and asked, "Karen, what's Dad doing now?"

"Mr Stark has just received news that Ms Romanoff and Mr Barton are webbed up. I suggest you head back. Mr Stark might check on you." Karen replied.

I agreed and swung back.

When I reached my room, I only had time to, clean my gunshot wound, change, stop the loop of FRIDAY's camera and leaping onto bed before Dad came in.

"You okay?" He asked, clearly worried.

I shot him a smile. "Yeah. How about we go to the labs?" I suggested.

Dad's frown became a small smile. "Sure."

As I passed by the living room, I saw Clint and Natasha collapsed on the sofa, clearly exhausted. I felt slightly guilty, I didn't mean to hurt them.

"Pete!" Dad called.

"Coming!" I replied, hurrying after Dad. I can apologise next time.
