Chapter 2

Chase's P.O.V 

She left. She's gone. The person that made me happen is gone. I let her leave. how could i be so stupid. If i would've kept my damn mouth shut i wouldn't have lost her. I feel like the dumbest person in the world. The girl that gave me happiness fled away after i told her some dumb shit about her brother that might not even be true. 

After she left i stood close to the door hoping she would come back. But alas 20 minutes go by and nothing. I figured she was off in the street somewhere trying find shelter. I mean my house was her only safe place and i ruined that. All because of her stupid brother. 

I decided that i was gonna find out more about her brother. he had to have been the one who killed our friends. He just seemed so suspicious and cassidy knows something that we don't..and whatever it is i'm gonna get to the bottom of it.

Taylor's P.O.V 

I left. I really left my true love. I don't even know if you wanna call it that. After all the lying chase has donw i don't even want to be around him anymore. Once i started walking for a while i started to get cold. I didn't know where to go. Cassidy probably with tony ..addison was at her grandads...payton was at the movies with his girlfriend and jaden. There was literally no one. As i was walking through the streets i saw the diner that chase and i went to for our first date. I walked inside and i saw alex sitting on the booth on his phone. I walked up and sat down one set over him. He turned around and smiled. "hey tay". he mumbled."hey alex..". i looked down at my phone to see multiple texts and missed calls from chase. "what's wrong". alex asked looking extremely concerned. Wait since when did alex ever ask what was wrong. "oh nothing chase i broke up". i blurted out. "damn i'm sorry that sucks..well now you know how i kinda felt when you stabbed me and walked away". alex said slightly chuckling. "alex that is not the same and i did it because you abused me". i said shivering at the thought of what happened between us. "well i'm different im changed..im a changed man". alex said taking a breath. "and i wanna show that...here come with me i wanna show you something". "um i dont know alex". i said giving him and unsure look. "please". he whispered and for some reason in my my head i felt like it was ok to go to this starnge place i didn't know..with my abusive ex. "alright ill go but i swear if you try to do something-". "look i won't just trust me ok". alex said grabbing my head and i nodded. I felt like this was a bad idea but what the hell might as well give it a shot. 

I get in the car with alex. We start driving and my eyes start dropping but i'm low key kind of scared to sleep because of my past with alex. 

"you can go to sleep I'm not gonna kill you". alex muttered with a low chuckle. I sighed and finally let my eyes go into a deep sleep. 

"hey get up we're hear babe". i heard alex whisper and he lightly shook me. I slowly got up and got out the car. It was a cabin. He took me to a cabin. It was weird but it was gorgeous. "you like". alex asked pulling me close to him. "it's gorgeous". i mumbled and stared at it for so long. "come on cupcake lets check a look inside". i lightly smiled at him calling me cupcake. No taylor stop. Your not over chase..I began to think..what am i doing i'm out with my ex and chase is probably at home crying. Well that was on him. I stopped thinking and grabbed alex's hand and we headed in the cabin. It was gorgeous on the outside but the inside oh my gosh..it was beautiful. 

"you like it" alex said smirking". "i love it but..why did you bring me here"...

"there's no wear to run". alex said laughing evilly and pulling out a gun. "alex no what are yo-"
