Chapter 9; Meeting Husk

(Y/n)'s Point Of View

A laughing soundtrack played in the background right after Alastor said that. He walked past Husk who didn't look happy.

"I ain't doing no fuckin charity job."

Alastor, in a quick motion, was right behind Husk, his arm around Husk's.

"Well I figured you would be the perfect face to man the front desk of this fine establishment!"

He then put his fingers to Husk's face and made him smile.

"With your charming smile and welcoming energy, this job was made for you!"

Alastor took his hand away from Husk's face, the smile immediately dropped back into a frown. Alastor was now walking towards the bar, a big smile on his face.

"Don't worry my friend! I can make this more welcoming.... If you wish~"

He then slid his arm down as a green bottle titled 'Cheap Booze' sat on the counter. It made me wonder what powers this creep had!

I looked back at Husk who looked to be in a trance before he snapped out of it, walking towards the bar.

"What? You think you can buy me with a wink and some cheap booze?!"

He then grabbed the bottle, looking at it then back at Alastor.

"Well you can!"

He then drank the alcohol, going behind the bar and sitting down.

I looked over at the group. Angel looked shocked... But in a weird way.... Charlie had a straight face on, Luni was still looking at Alastor warily, and Vaggie looked pissed!

"Hey! Hey! Hey hey hey! No! No bar! No alcohol!"

I saw Angel immediately get pissed for some unknown reason and walk off to the side as Vaggie continues.

"This is supposed to be a place that discourages sin! Not some mouth.... Brothel.... Man cave!"

I hear quick steps and look over in surprise to see Angel has lunged at Vaggie, tackling her to the ground.

"SHUT UP! SHUT. UP!"

He then points to Husk, who looks so done with today, with 3 of his arms.

"We are keeping this!"

He then proceeds to walk over to husk and flirt with him, making it known to me that he is Gay for sure! Not that I cared. I just didn't know before hand so it was nice to know now.

"Hey~"

"Go fuck yourself."

Angel grabbed his face as I saw Charlie was making her way towards Husk.

"Only if you watch me~"

Charlie made it to Husk, extending her arm.

"Ohmygosh! Welcome to the Happy Hotel! You are going to love it here!!!"

Husk grabbed his drink.

"I lost the ability to love years ago..."

And then he took a sip.
