Sonic's Birthday Bash!

Part 1: Getting ready

One day, Monty the hedgehog, Sonic's little brother, was getting his breakfast when suddenly, he was opening the fridge door and on the fridge door there was a calendar. He noticed that there was something written for the day after tomorrow so Monty decided to take a closer look. On the calendar it said Sonic's birthday.

"Whoah! I forgot about my big bro's birthday! What am I going to do!" He decided to call Tony, his best friend and Tails' little brother. "Hi Tony." said Monty through the little microphone.

"Hi Monty! What's up?"

"Well, I kind of need help."

"What is it?"

"Well," he said, scratching his head. "Sonic's birthday is in two days and I don't know what to do!"

"Why don't we throw a surprise birthday party?"

"That is a really good idea Tony!"

"Thanks! But how are we going to do this? We are to young to do this alone!"

Monty thought for a minute and then he said, "Why don't we ask Cosmic, Silver's twin brother to help us?"

"That is a good idea! I can also ask my brother to help and maybe I could ask Shadow too!"

"Okay! I will call Cosmic while you do that."

"Cool, I will see you later!"

"See ya!" Monty hung up and then picked the phone up again to call Cosmic.

"Hello?" said Cosmic.

"Hi Cosmic, it's Monty!"

"Oh hi Monty! How are you?"

"Pretty good! But I need help with something. Sonic's birthday is coming up and I need help throwing a surprise party. Tony is talking to his brother about it right now and he is going to ask Shadow to help."

"That sounds like fun. I could probably get Aurora, my girlfriend, and my brothers to help too!"

"Hey, do you think you could ask Amy to help too?"

"Yeah, I can Monty. I am going to drive over to pick you up to shop for the things we need after I tell everyone to meet us at the store."

"Okay! I will see you then!" Monty hung up and then got his shoes on so he could sit on the couch to wait for Cosmic to pick him up.
