ALTHOUGH SHE HAD Misophonia, she loved the sound of the leaves crunching under everyone's feet. it satisfied her to no end, made her forget about her shameless flirting with Grayson.

that was until Elizabeth pulled her to the back of the group. after she had gotten her camera back, they ended up being roped into a walk through the woods with all the kids, and their dads.

why? they're not sure.

ignoring all the looks they got, the girls started whispering to each other, glad they were far enough back to where they couldn't hear them. even if their father kept trying to hang back to get the tea.

they had to keep glaring at him to get him to back off. which he promptly pouted at.

"i kissed Ethan." Elizabeth blurted out.

Natasha gasped, before covering her mouth with her hand as to hide the sound, knowing it would draw attention to them.

"are you serious?"

the younger girl rolled her eyes, "no, i wanted to get your hopes up and crush them- of course i'm serious!"

the eldest glared slightly before shooting a wide smile at her, "that's amazing, right?"

"well i mean, yeah. actually we kind of made out, instead of just kissing,"

"so.... how we feeling? you like him or?" she drawled out the 'or'.

"weirdly enough, yeah."

"why weird?"

"he seems like a fuck boy honestly, and you know how i feel about them,"

Natasha nodded, swatting a branch away from them, "yeah, but if it causes you that much despair, just have a weekend love, it's not like we'll see them again after. they live in California."

the thought alone, saddened the girl. for whatever the reason is.

"yeah but they're dads friends sons, we're bound to see them again sometime."

"then get with him later in life? girl i don't know, all im saying is get with him if you want, there's no one stopping you." she tilted her head, "well, besides you. but i approve."
