Melanie

After hearing about the things that happened to Linn yesterday, I felt I just had to cheer him up. As I walked up to the bar I saw Linn downing a few shots. I could tell yesterday really did a number on him.

"Gabe, a lemon drop, please," I said with a smile.

"Of course!" Gabe said followed by a wink. I turned to look at Linn, his cheeks tainted a pale red. He's obviously drunk.

"Linn, lets have some fun." I said, pulling a dime bag of XO's from my bra.

"Oh? What's this?" He said with a hint of excitement in his voice.

"You and I are going to put on a show, but with a little twist." I said, handing him a pill. Linn and I popped the pills followed by a swig of our drinks. In what feels like no time, they started kicking in. Linn grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the stage.

"It's time to put on our show!" Linn exclaimed, slightly slurred. Usually we would change into flashier clothes behind the stage, but we were much too eager to get started. The stage in the basement has two stripper poles and two glitter cannons we use to excite the audience. I would imagine it's a bitch to clean up, but whoever cleans this place never misses a single speck of glitter. I walked up to the system backstage and played the one song I know Linn can't resist; "Gorilla" by Bruno Mars.

The way Linn performs his number to this song is ethereal. I've been mesmerized by his performance every time. Shit, I've even memorized the damn dance! When I walked up to one the poles, I found that Linn already started dancing, immediately grabbing the attention of the customers. He also had removed the hoodie he was wearing. With our movements in sync and the loud music ringing through my ears, I couldn't help but feel euphoric. Like Linn, I let the feeling take over and closed my eyes, letting my hands run like water over my body. It felt as though I was dizzy, but fully composed. Both of us were spinning at the top of our poles, swinging our heads to the beat of the music. We slid down and started crawling towards each other. It wasn't part of the choreography, but it felt so right. We danced close together, the heat rising between us two. Linn made eye contact with the crowd that formed around the stage and I followed his lead. We crawled towards the people, letting them put their cash in the waistbands of our bottoms.

Linn turned around and began shaking his ass for the crowd. At this point, we were both dripping sweat. If one were to take one look at us, they would think we came straight out of an erotica film, throwing our heads around and touching ourselves so sensually. Normally, it would feel embarrassing to feel on myself like this. But at this point, I didn't care. Linn was having fun. That's all that mattered at this moment. Linn got closer and we started dancing together. We were touching each other as if it were the last time we would ever see one another.

"This feels so good, thank you." Linn said in my ear as we kept dancing. A few shots of glitter spewed out of the cannons around the stage, dusting both of us with glitter. It stuck to the many curls of my hair, but I really didn't mind. I ran my hands up his chest, then his neck, and into his hair. I slightly grabbed onto his hair and brought his face closer to mine. Linn looked like a shining jewel.

"I'm just glad you're having fun." I replied. An idiot would look at us and believe there is sexual tension between us. They couldn't be more wrong. We were both very confident in our sexualities and we were comfortable enough with each other to be this close. Linn has this way of making people feel so welcome. It's almost like an at-home feeling. He is truly a jewel.
