Amy's p.o.v

It was September 4th, 2014 when I was awoken abruptly by my alarm clock. "Nooo..." I groaned, for I knew what I would have to face that day. It was the first day of school. I hate school with a PASSION!!! Why, you wonder? Well, I get bullied because of who I'm friends with, and everyone who bullies me are either sluts or rude jocks. Also, if you get in a relationship with anyone, it's most likely going to end in someone getting hurt. Bad. But the friends I have are good and I know they'll never leave or betray me.

I slammed my fist down on the snooze button. I slowly uncovered myself from the warm purple and pink comforter on my bed. I hurried out to the kitchen to get breakfast. After I ate a couple poptarts, I jumped in the shower for a few minutes. Once I was done showering, I went back into my room, and looked for something to wear. I picked out a cute light blue crop top that said "this nap isn't gonna take itself" on it. It surely reflected my mood at the moment. I wore a black tank top under it. I picked out my favourite pair of black skinny jeans, and put on my favourite headband. I walked out of my room and gave my Mom a goodbye hug, since she was leaving to go on vacation and wouldn't be home for a week. I then got my bags and headed out the door.
- 15 mins. later -
I pulled into the school parking lot, next to a...motorcycle? "Who in my grade owns a motorcycle besides Scourge?" I though to myself. The motorcycle obviously wasn't Scourge's. It was black and red. It was very well polished and looked like it had been taken care of very well, compared to Scourge's. I shrugged it off, and decided to look for my friends.

I managed to find Cosmo and Blaze hanging out together in the hallway. "Hey guys!" I said excitedly as I walked towards them. I realized I shouldn't have spoken up when I saw the irritated looks on their faces. Before I could ask what was wrong, Blaze explained everything.

"We've been here for ten minutes, and Rouge already managed to humiliate us. She pushed us over and made us hit our heads." Blaze said as Cosmo rubbed her head.

"We'll be ok guys, we just need to avoid her as much as possible.." I said, trying to be supportive. I was surprised Rouge actually made contact with them. She's humiliated me countless times, but why them this time? My thoughts were interrupted by Cosmo's voice.

"Not only that, but were getting uniforms this year." Cosmo whined. She had always said that she would never be able to handle wearing a school uniform. I always secretly hoped for uniforms, because then all the girls would look the same and nobody would be able to gossip about how bad someone's outfit was on a certain day. I shrugged it off and tried to change the subject.

"You guys hoping you're in any classes with anyone special?" I asked, just trying to change the subject. "What kind of question is that?!" Blaze exclaimed.
"Of course I am. We all know who." Cosmo said, blushing lightly. Of course she wanted to be in a class with Tails. He was her boyfriend after all.

"But I also want to get some classes with you guys! I just hope I don't have many classes with Rouge.." She said, ending it off with a sigh.
"Same here!" Blaze and I said unanimously.

Our conversation dragged on for a while until the homeroom bell rang. We all went our separate ways and headed off to our home rooms.

I noticed that Blaze and Cosmo had gotten in the same home room class. I felt happy for them, but I hoped I got home room with either Sonic or Sally.

I let out a small sigh of relief seeing Sonic sitting next to an empty desk. Assuming no body had sat there yet, I took the seat. I was right, nobody came to claim the seat after I sat down, so I guess it's mine now.

Just as I was about to say something to sonic our teacher walked in. I'm guessing she was new since I didn't see her around before. Boy, this was gonna be a loooong year...
