3rd person POV
Jisoo's parents were gone by the end of the hour, not being able to stand the new presence and the tension was just too high. Nobody could take it. Not even Coco, who'd gone into his kennel to go sleep.
Jisoo did promise to keep in contact, he still had their phone numbers, just never used them. He suggested that they maybe meet again soon if they wanted.
Jeonghan was still wondering when he should tell Jisoo about his observation, however, with his parents gone he was thinking it would be best to get it over and done with. He was about to speak up, his lips parting right as Jisoo blurted out something right before he got the chance to speak.
"Wait sorry, what did you say?" Jeonghan laughed, he could tell Jisoo was nervous as he spoke too quickly to comprehend. Jisoo blushed, looking away before taking a deep breath. Jeonghan patted his head, his little Jisoo was so cute. "Would you mind repeating that for me?"
"Were you serious about the marriage thing?"
Jeonghan smiled, "Yes, but that's only if you're ready. I haven't got a ring yet but I will when I find the perfect one for you." this made the younger go all shades of pink and red, thoughts swinging wildly back and forth in his mind, neither of the were comprehensible sentences.
He knew, however, that he didn't think there would be anyone else he'd be content in spending the rest of his life with rather than Jeonghan. Even though they were already soulmates, it just felt nice to get it officiated on paper, just for the hell of it, honestly.
"We may have to wait, you're still 18 on the official papers, but ultimately it's your choice." Jeonghan shrugged, "We have until the end of time, I just think it's better to do it while you still look your age." Jisoo stared up at him, fascinated. "I just need to get some fake papers for myself, unless you want to skip all that and just get straight to the ring-"
"No, I want it." Jisoo beamed, grabbing Jeonghan's hands and planting the sweetest, happiest kiss on his lips. Jeonghan was quick to respond. Jisoo's chaste kiss wasn't enough and they both knew it.
Jisoo whined desperately as Jeonghan's strong arms wrapped around his body, holding the younger firmly against his body and suddenly, Jeonghan hated clothes. He pushed the younger down onto the bed as he pulled at the hem of Jisoo's shirt but he pushes him away. Jisoo noticed Jeonghan's hurt expression, now sort of feeling bad.
"What's wrong?" Jeonghan asked, and Jisoo avoided eye contact. They both could tell something was wrong, though for slightly different reasons. "Come one, you can tell me." Jeonghan said, his voice low and soothing as he tried to think back to what could've caused this sudden withdrawal.
"Is it because of what your mom told you?"
Jisoo nodded, and Jeonghan sighed, holding Jisoo in a very warm hug before lying down next to him on the bed. "Don't listen to her. You're far from ever being a.... y'know." The piece of information scratched at the back of his skull, and he knew he couldn't keep secrets for too long. "Uh.. I also noticed something about your parents... I don't think you know because you were too young to have formed memories but...."
