Pulmonary Hypertension:
A type of high blood pressure that affects arteries in the lungs and in the heart.
Pulmonary hypertension affects arteries in the lungs and the right side of the heart. There's isn't one underlying identification of the causes of this disease as it maybe caused by many reasons. Here, in this story the character us suffering from PH due to Schistosomiasis. Schistosomiasis, a disease caused by infection with freshwater parasitic worms in certain tropical and subtropical countries. He had visited the Caribbean a few years ago and it didn't end well. In a fairly common parasitic infection in the Middle East (schistosomiasis), the blood vessels in the lung become blocked by the parasites causing pulmonary artery hypertension.

PH causes one's arteries and blood vessels to thicken. As a result, the heart cannot properly pump blood through the pulmonary arteries into the lungs, which increases the pressure in the arteries. Since the heart needs to work harder, the right ventricle becomes enlarged and weakened.

"No, I want yellow" Namjoon yelled through the phone "I think I already have a purple one"

"But hyung, purple is the best" Taehyung tried to convince his elder brother through the phone as he walked between the aisles of pearl bracelets. "It's a different kind from the one I got last year"

"But Taehyungie~~" Namjoon whined "It's my birthday"

"I know hyung" Taehyung chuckled as he picked up a blue pearl bracelet and tried it "But I just feel like purple goes with your personality"

"And why do you feel so?" Namjoon jumped on the bed, kicking his shoes off he let out a big sigh.

"Well I did my research and did you kick your shoes under the bed again?"

Purple pearls symbolize artistic, wisdom, complexity, nobility, and passion. Purple pearls are great for those in the teaching and philosophy professions where education is paramount.

"I-" Namjoon stuttered "How in the world?"

"Yaah hyung!" Taehyung picked up another bracelet from a different aisle, a yellow one "How many times do I tell you to not do that? What if Yeontan is under the bed?"

"In my defense he's right beside me and we're cuddling" the elder said as he caressed the fur of the young animal in his arms.

"Tell my baby daddy loves him and I'll get you a yellow pearl bracelet"

"You will get me that regardless" Namjoon chuckled as he turned to the puppy in his arms "Tannie, your daddy said he loves you" he smiled, exposing his dimples and peppered the young dog's head with thousands of kisses and cuddled him closer.

"Well what's with you and yellow lately? Did Jin develop an interest in the colour?" Taehyung chuckled.

Yellow pearls symbolize creativity, optimism, clarity, and happiness. Their cheerful color is perfect for someone who takes the time to make sure they are living their life to the fullest!
