11:13pm
The female had a serene look to her as she sat on the dark wooded bench. She looked lonely yet she had so much beauty. Her pale skin seemed to glow as the moonlight hit the smooth skin that was exposed. She had stopped singing, I felt disappointed for some unknown reason. She looked in my direction. I could see her tears, they looked like diamonds as they fell down her cheeks. She called out to me.
"Who's there?"
I looked at her nervously, as I took slow agonizing steps towards the end of the tree line. My heart hammered in my chest to the point it almost started to hurt. The loud, pounding beat could be felt on my ears as it slowly became the only thing I could hear.
11:15pm
I hesitated but for a minute when I had only one step left until she would see me. 'What would she think!?!' I thought as I paused for a minute. I looked back towards her. She is quite alluring, her silver hair, caressing her face yet hiding her ears and neck, looked soft to the touch. I wonder if it really would be soft, maybe softer than any feather you may find. Her pale skin glowing in the moonlight. Healthy looking as she sat there. Her beautiful blue eyes shone with curiosity as she looked in my direction. I blinked once and continued to walk until the pale rays of light from the glorious moon lit my silhouette.
She small pale hand came up to her face as she gasped. Her eyes welled up with tears as she looked at me. This startled me!
'How could I make this girl cry!?! I'm not the most handsome male but damn I didn't know I was that repulsive!'
I started to walk towards her freezing in place once I realized she was scared. Scared of me... I stepped back to were I originally stood and cleared my throat.
"Miss, if I may ask.... why are you crying? I will not hurt you."
She never let her gaze focus on anything but me. Her hand ever so slowly moved away from her mouth. Her voice carried out towards him, it was clear and calming, like waves from the ocean.
"Mother has told me of males. You talk whatever you shall want... use women to your own sick, twisted ways." She paused for a moment, then continued.
"If you truly do not mean any harm then you must be one of the few that have a heart of gold."
She looked at me expectantly as I stood there unable to move. Her steps so soft you couldn't hear them unless it was as quiet as a deaf man listening to the people whispering about him.
11:23pm
She walked towards me, as graceful as a swan on the lakes surface dancing in the moonlight. The wind caressed her hair moving the silky strands around her head. Not unlike a halo would.
She looked up at me, our gazes interlocked as she did so. A subtle red hue graced her cheeks and kissed the tip of her ears. My heart was so loud in my ringing ears I was sure she was able to hear it as well. She raised a pale hand to my shoulder and turned me around with unexpected strength.
The trees were now in my sight the girl I assume was still behind me. I didn't dare to move scared that it might seem as if I'm attacking her. I waited for any sign of movement, but there was none. Curiosity's grip on me was strong, I gave in to its crushing hold and turned my head to see her again.
The moon had seemed to brighten its rays of light as I stared at the empty space behind me. She was gone...
I whipped my head around looking for her, any sign of her that would give her away. I gleam caught my attention not but a foot away from me. I reached down to grab the strange object, the ring had a diamond in the middle with two blue sapphires caressing it gently yet firmly. The silver band of the beautiful ring seemed to have been recently polished. I ran my hands along the inside cleaning the invisible specks of dirt that may have been on it.
11:38pm
I could feel the engravings of the ring. I would have to wait to figure out what the silver jewelry had on its magnificent metal peice. With that I headed home, ring now tucked in my pocket and an image of the beautiful girl in my mind.
"Daughter of the glorious moon, I beg of you to bless me with another meeting if just once again."
