You wandered of in a direction trying to find signs of escape or anything that can get you both out "Mark, let's take a break for a bit. You look really tired." You spoke
"Thanks, I haven't gotten any sleep last night, trying to figure out stuff about this place"
You both sat down and sooner or later Mark stared to snore, and fall into deep sleep. You decided a 5 minute nap wouldn't hurt and drifted of into dream land. "Mom! Mom! When will big brother come home?" A little you spoke.
"I don't know, sweetheart. Just trust that he will." A smiling mother told a younger you
---few months later---
"Mam, Sir I'm terribly sorry for the passing of your son. He was brave and fought along side his fellow hunters." An unknown man spoke
"What? What could have done this to our son?" You mom and da, tears falling from their eyes
"Mommy, Daddy? What's wrong" a sleeping you said
"Look, (y/n), your big brother passed away..." sad looks on everyone's faces
"W-wh-what? W-why?"
"He died during battle, sweetheart"
"N-No... NOOOOOO!!" tears now streaming down your face
You woke up hearing sounds of living creatures around you. "Mark wake up!" You said while nudging him
"Shut up nurse.... Huh?!" (AN: no he is not markiplier, I just wanted that line in the story :/)
"I think someone's here"
Suddenly a loud noise made the building shake and rumble. "LET'S GO MARK!"
"GOTCHA PARTNER!" And you both started running
