People used to ask me what I think happens after we die. It's a meaningless question. Whatever I think won't change what will happen. It's for fun, they say. Yeah, I agree, death is super fun. You want to try?
But now I know what happens. Nothing. Void. In eternity. It's for fun. It's like floating in space. You probably doesn't know what that feel like, but imaging that feeling when you jump, and that one second you are in the air, that combined with floating underneath water. But you can't move. I'm stuck in position and just floating around. I can't open my eyes. I can't breath. I'm not sure my heart I beating.
I can't do anything.
Can't do anything.
Do anything.
Anything.
It kind of feels good. It feels like when I tried to kill Leon, but this time it's better.
"Sayaka," a familiar voice says and I can suddenly open my eyes.
Someone grabs my wrist.
"Mukuro," I answer.
The author promised us a good ending, and when I look into her grey eyes, I can't imagine a better one.
