Back to Jimins POV:

"Do you remember anything before you transitioned?" I asked curious to see what Areum remembers.

Areum was quiet for a moment before she nodded and answered my question. "When I first woke up, I didn't know anything. I didn't recall what happened before I woke up. Then slowly bits and pieces came to me. Now I remember everything." My heart sunk. She remembered the pain and horrible trauma she was put through.

We were walking through the Castle, its been a couple days since the whole event of Areum turning into a Vampire happened. I haven't spoken to Areum since due to Jungkook and Mark helping her through her blood cravings and new perks of Vampirism. So here we were walking slowly through the deserted Castle hallways catching up.

"I never got the chance to thank you." Areum suddenly spoke up. Why is she suddenly showing gratitude to me? I didn't do anything?

"Why are you thanking me?" I asked, gazing at her side profile; noticing the smile wide on her lips.

"Without you I don't think I would have survived the change. Nobody seemed to be jumping at me for me to complete the transition but you--" Areum abruptly stopped walking and turned her body towards me resulting in me doing the same. "You were the only one who encouraged me to get through it, to continue living."

"I did what anybody else would do for there friend." I shrugged my shoulders. I don't deserve her 'thanks' I was the one who couldn't protect her on the battle field, I couldn't let her die again.

"That's the thing Jimin. Nobody else was going to let me drink from them but you. You really saved me so thankyou." Areum smiled with the brightest sparkles in her brown orbs. I pulled her in my embrace and stroked her hair.

"Stop with the 'thankyous' now. I did it so you can live, I'm not loosing you again." I softly spoke. Areums hold around me tightened at the last part of my sentence.

"So what has Jungkook taught you so far?" I asked, pulling away from her body which seemed to linger on mine a little too longer.

"Nothing much Just taught me how to control my over heightened senses and emotions. You wouldn't believe how bad Vampire mood swings are. I can go from happy as a kite to i'm seriously going to murder you if you keep on nagging at me." Areum described, yep that did sound kind of out of hand.

"It sounds like your dealing with it well though and you have support from everyone." I reassured her, its been a couple of days and she already s getting a hang on her new Vampire body.

"Even you? I have support from you?" She asked looking at me with a hopeful glint in her eyes. How can I turn those happy eyes away.

Smiling I nodded and patted her head softly. "Yes Areum, I support you and I'm here for you; always."

Smiling and looking satisfied she grabbed my hand from her head and held it in her warm hands. The little blush didn't go unnoticed by me either. Feeling a little awkward, I softly pried my hand out of hers and asked her another questioned.

"So how's the blood cravings?" I asked, shoving my hands in my jean pockets trying to shake of my awkward stance.

"At first they were almost impossible to deal with, I almost fought with Jungkook to let me quench it however that didn't go well." She sighed like she was imagining the scenes again in her mind.

"What happened"

"He pinned me down and locked me in the cells for the night until I settled down." Once she told me that my mouth slightly hung open, she giggled at my shocked face.
