VIA POV:

I knew there was a library on main street so i headed for it. I thought about how Levi wanted me to join the search party for the councilmen. In five days I knew I wouldn't be strong enough unless I laid in the sun for five day straight but I couldn't do that because of night time.

As I walked down main street I noticed the lack of damage in the area. The buildings just looked dirty not damaged. I saw the library there were lights on inside. the building was tall and not much different that the others in the city. the city had, neutral colored buildings with lots of rectangular windows.

However the buildings weren't all that uninteresting to look at

However the buildings weren't all that uninteresting to look at. They had a kind of vibe that made you think of art and history.

Strolling up the steps I could hear someone cackling. I opened the door and I saw Hange surrounded by a pile of books in the far corner of the library. They were still cackling. They seamed ecstatic and very happy. I felt scared for them and my self as I thought of the possibility of them being some sort of crazy person. They turned towards me and yelled.

"Via, look at this place isn't it amazing there are so many books here!"

"Ya, it's a pretty big library."

"I found all of these books on the culture here! This one is about how they had holidays like this one!" she points at a book to show me a tree with decorations on it, " It's caallllleeeddddd Christmas."

I could have sworn Hange was drooling over this book.

I spoke, "You don't have Christmas in the walls?"

"Nope, never heard of it but apparently it is to worship some gods birthday."

"Ya it is. most people just like the gift exchanging though."

"YOOOUU HAVE EXPERIENCE CHRISTMAS!!!"

"Yes."

"Tell me WWHHUUUT is it like?"

They was definitely drooling," well, you give gifts to your family and friends and then you eat a holiday dinner with them. That is the basics at least there are a couple more things to it."

Hange grabbed my shoulders and shook me violently, "TEEELLL MEEE!"

"Shouldn't you be researching the city government and not the culture?"

Hange composed herself and let go of me while adjusting their glasses." Well yes but there is so much more interesting things in this book." she held the book to my face which read Religious Holidays Around The World . Did they even read the title?

Hange suddenly turned towards her pile of books again and started flipping through pages. They seamed completely absorbed into the world that was on those pages. I stepped in front of them and started speaking," Well Hange I don't even think that you have to do any research on the government here since I know how it used to run. You can just read whatever you want I suppose."

Hange slowly looked up at me they one eye bright with excitement and her face red. This part alarmed me why was they face red?," REALLY?"

"Why not you just won a big battle why not take a break?"

They didn't waist a second and grabbed two more books and sat down on a couch that was also partly covered with books."

I decided to leave them be and walked back out the library. I wasn't quite interested in reading at the moment. I walked down the street and saw people moving to and fro. I wondered about what I should do to heal myself the quickest in order to be useful once we hunt down the rest of the people from the government here. I suppose I would have to eat something. I really didn't want to because I'm sure any food from an army of sorts wouldn't taste that good but also because it would take while to get used to eating; I may get an upset stomach. (*^*)

I thought about this as I made my way back to the hotel and into the dinning room. The room was empty now that breakfast was over. I was glad I could make my own food. I walked into the large industrial kitchen and opened the pantry. There was lots of food. I decided just to eat some bread. I took a whole loaf and went out of the hotel once more.

The sky had been very clear all day and I was very happy about that; whenever it was gloomy outside I always felt a bit sadder.

I walked while snaking on my bread for a long time until I had reached the edge of the city. all I could see was a vast farm land and a lot of rolling hills. I sat down where I stood at the edge of the city and took in the view. It was nice to see something different. I munched on my bread some more; it was good bread but I ate it slowly. I leaned back and decide to take a nap in the sun I think I'm finally tired enough to sleep.

LEVI POV:

work work work. There is always so much to do. Erwin would have been able to go threw all of these papers much more efficiently than me. Levi thought

Levi had been in an office since after breakfast. That was located on the second story of the library. The office was filled with papers and forms and requests. The meaning of which Levi had cared little about as as bureaucracy was not the most enticing pass time. There had always been paperwork to do inside the walls after a mission. But, this was a lot more than then. There were papers with names on them of the dead and letters that would be sent back home to the family's and there were new recruit forms and suggestion forms from all of the section leaders and reports from the section leaders to.

This would take a while.

---- 1 p.m. ----

All of the papers had been looked through and written off except the reports of the battle.

The reports went over the battle very vaguely. This is how most reports were made because everyone was there it wasn't of much use to go into detail.

The battle had started at the port which is where all of the troops had landed at the same time. The plan was to stealthily get as close to the enemy as possible and then strike. There was not much information on the city except form the pieces of memory Erin could stitch together.  So with that information we set for the side of the city that Ymir's descendants weren't. There were many guards along the way that had to be taken out but eventually we made it to the edge of the ghetto. The city was bright and had lights in the streets; it looked almost starry. We marched from there on straight to the center of the city. People screamed as they saw the troops. It made since since Erin was in titan form already while Armin was on standby. We ended up in an air field where we found Reiner and Zeke standing there. Then the titans started fighting until Armin captured Zeke and Erin had killed Pieck. By then word of the battle had reached the officials and they had fled by the time the troops arrived.

As simple as the battle had ended it was a very disastrous one Zeke had lead Armin into the city and had caused a lot of damage. Fires broke out, houses were crashed, there were bullets raining everywhere.
