Please read this! Important stuff.

1) The usual rping rules. Be nice, don't hop onto other people's chains, no mary/gary sues (give your characters some angst, flaws, everything that makes them interesting), don't control my characters.

2) I really do not find short responses to be fun to roleplay with! It's likely that I will stop responding if your responses are very short. Nothing personal, I just find longer responses easier to work with.

3) A lot of my characters are queer in some way! If that makes you uncomfortable, I'm not the rp partner for you. That said, neither you nor your characters have to be queer, but please don't ask me to change my characters to fit your standards, and be aware and respectful of my OCs gender identities and sexualities, especially if we end up playing characters that are in a romantic relationship.

4) please give your characters some backbone! I really don't find it interesting when your OC just seems to be there to get rescued by someone else, or if they're just a puddle of mush with no self-determination. It's just a personal preference.

5) consider the ladies! I love rping as guys plenty, but I've been doing it a lot lately.

6) Just let me know if you don't want to continue in a roleplay, and I'll do the same. I get that sometimes the story is going nowhere, or your life is getting in the way and you need to go on a hiatus.

7) I will not be rping relationships between a character that is a minor and a character that is an adult! All of my OCs are adults, and I ask that if there is romance, it be not too large of an age gap. That said, some of my OCs ages can be adjusted for roleplays if the ages don't match up. I am also not comfortable rping smut, so we'll do a time skip if it gets to that.

8) you don't need my permission to incite a big plot point or start some drama! I don't have plots or plans for any of these, and I adore dramatic rps. So start something problematic!

9) honestly, if you're wondering something, whether it be a question, concern, idea or suggestion, don't be afraid to ask, pms or otherwise. Especially if you feel like I'm handling a sensitive subject badly. I'm always up for learning, and some of my OCs do deal with controversial or sensitive topics, so just let me know.

10) feel free to make requests for characters! Take a look at my OC book or give me some loose guidelines and I'll let you know :)
