I anxiously play with the small box in my hoodie pocket as I walk along the shoreline with my amazing boyfriend virgil.

"So um... There's actually something I wanted to talk to you about-"

virgil cuts me off uncharacteristically

"Can i- go first..?"

"Y- yeah of course..."

I smile at him

"So... I actually wasn't planning on doing this tonight but... Since this is where we met I think I should..."

I realize he's fallen slightly behind and I turn around

"what do yo-"

my breath catches in my throat and I cover my mouth happily

There he was.

The love of my life on one knee proposing to me.

I might cry.

I am crying.

So is he.

"Logan... You're the best thing that's ever happened to me... And I love you so much... You make me so happy... Will you marry me..?"

His voice is shaking a bit and we're both crying but I'm so happy.

"Y- yes... A hundred times yes..."

I wipe the tears from my cheeks

"I love you too..."

He stands up and puts the ring on me before hugging me tightly both of us giggling and crying happy tears.

He trips and we fall onto the soft sand happily. I love him so much...

After a few minutes the two of us manage to calm down enough to speak

"I love you so freaking much..." He giggles to me

"I- I was actually planning on proposing to you tonight too-"

He giggles "r- really? Well I love you... So much-"

"I love you too..."

"Copycat..." He smirks and kisses my nose
