Prologue

"Why don't we both get marry? The kids will get a parents and a complete family" he said looking straight into my eyes.

I'm shocked by his words. How can he say that? Does he forget that we have our own lives? If the kids wanted us to marry means, how can he accept them? I can never marry him at any cost. In fact, i don't deserve to marry a person like him.

I feel his presence so close to me, he hold my face up to look at him.

"I'm not asking you to marry me, just because the kids wanted so. It's because i too want the same" he pause his words and stare at my face, the tears in my eyes are already blocking my view towards him.

He wiped away the tears on my cheeks by his thumb fingers on both sides whispering, "I fell in love with you, Surabi"

No, No way. He cannot love me and...and he should not. He is a good person and i like him too but the fact is i don't deserve him.

I removed his hands from me and step back moving my gaze away from him. He stopped me when i was about to go, "You didn't say anything"

I heaved a sigh, "I cannot marry you, Mr. Parthiban"

"Why? Give me one good reason" he demanded a reason from me.

I give a faint smile looking at his face, "Because, i am a rape victim. I was raped"

He continues his stare at me and i kept saying, "I don't deserve you in my life. You need to marry some one who is pure and who can make you happy".

He comes close to me, he lift my chin up to look at his face and said, "Surabi, I know everything. In fact, my love for you gets stronger than ever, after i get to know every details about you" he pause his words looking at my pale face and continued.

"You deserve the happiness in your life. You deserve to be loved. Believe me, and say Yes" he just put a bomb over my head stating that he knows everything about me.

He said it so easily and the problem is with me. I couldn't come out from that nightmare still. I cannot let him suffer with me. I cannot lead a normal marital life, I'm still scared of being touched by anyone.

"I...I'm sorry" that was the only words came from me and i quickly left his home of not wanting to face him before he tried to stop me again.
