(Y/N) (L/N) has been the sworn protector of Noelle Silva for the past 2 years even though his magic power...
Narrator: A brutal invasion shattered the peace of the Clover Kingdom's capital. Fires blazed in five areas of the city, and the Magic Knights immobilized immediately to calm its panicking populace. They soon found themselves battling hordes of unfamiliar foes.
NO ONE'S POV:
(Cut to the Central District where the Silver Eagles are currently disposing of the horde of the undead)
Nozel's thoughts: That's odd. They may be great in number, but they are poor fighters. Who is commanding them? Why employ such a strategy? What are they after? The King?
RayTheRipper: I'm just going to skip the king for hopefully obvious reasons. But don't worry the King will be included when he's completely necessary.
(Cut to Charmy anxiously awaiting a chef's special entree.)
(Cut back to the Northern District where Asta, Fuegoleon, Leopold, Noelle, & Y/N are fighting Rades & the newly appeared Alfred. Asta & Y/N are trying to hit Alfred but Alfred keeps dodging.)
Rades: [cackles] Poor little brats. It looks like you're having some trouble. That rusty Anti-Magic sword and that hammer of yours is failing you. They're nothing more than hunks of metal if you can't hit your target.
Asta: [growls] [yelps]
(Y/N): Keep talking shit and just see wha- (dodges lightning)
(Asta & Y/N keep dodging lightning strikes.)
Little girl: Please don't get hit! [gasps]
Noelle: Quick, run! Get away from there!
Little girl: Okay! (runs to Noelle) But they need help, too!
Noelle: Everything will be alright. Leave it to me. Don't worry. I would never abandon someone like that.
(The little girl runs off)
Asta: (jumps at Alfred while swinging his swords) [yelling]
Alfred: (dodges)
(Y/N): (jumps at Alfred while swinging his hammer) You're done!
Alfred: (dodges)
Asta: Come on! Get down here!
(Y/N): Coward!
Rades: Did you really think that would work? He's not going to stand still just just because you asked him to or because you called him something, you idiots.
(Asta & Y/N continue to dodge lightning strikes.)
Noelle's thoughts: Back when we were in the dungeon...
(Flashback)
Asta: Yeah. I'll bring this guy down, and I'll one or two hits for you & (Y/N) while I'm at it. I may not have any magic power, but what I do have are my friends!
(End Flashback)
Noelle's thoughts: When his sword was imbued with my magic, Asta defeated that mage. If I lend him my power again, even an enemy in mid-air should be no problem.
Leopold: Black Bull girl! If you're going to step in and assist your squadmates, I will accompany you. I won't allow that coward to harm my rivals.
Noelle: Great!
