As I huffed angrily and went upstairs as my phone buzzed. I looked at my phone to see I got a message from Luke and started blush.
*BUZZ BUZZ*
Luke: hey love 😳
Me: lol hey cutie 😘
Luke: cutie?!?!
Me: yes dummy lol wyd
Luke: nothing waiting for the school to call the house phone
Me: ur mom ain't home so she doesn't know yet!!!
Luke: yep lol
Me: lucky I got busted
Luke: that sucks
Me: ikr
Luke: so r u grounded ?
Me: idk until my dad gets here cutie
Luke: lol y are u calling me that 😉
Me: lol I'm sorry I'll call u ugly if u want 💜
Luke: no I prefer cutie
"Madelyn your dad's home!" My mom yelled.
Me: I g2g my dad's here
Luke: ok good luck love
I check the message and turn bright red and thought in my head,"Oh my god! He called me love! He's so sweet." I walked downstairs still red. "Hi."
"Hi... So what happened?" My dad said with disappointment in he's face. I could tell he already knew.
"I'm pretty sure that mom told you already." He sighed and nodded. "So..." As I bit my lip.
"Why'd you skip school." He's green eyes stared straight into my chocolate ones. I knew if I told him, I skipped to hangout with same guys, he'd flip and think I'm pregnant or something.
"Um... I was with some friends."I said nervously.
"With Jessica, Allysa, and Loreena?!" He was shocked.
"Yeah.." Dammit he knows I'm lying I thought.
"Ok... If I see you skip again your grounded," He said, "go to your room."
I went upstairs surprised that nothing happened, but I could hear my parents fighting.
~Parents (POV)~
"Why didn't you do nothing!" My mom yelled.
"Trust me she won't do it again."
"Are you sure? she's 15!"
"I trust her." Mom stayed silent angrily.
The next day... (Saturday)
I woke up at 9am and no one was here. I took a shower and got dressed. I grabbed the house keys and locked the front door. I walked down the block and headed to Luke's house. I knocked on the door and saw no cars home. The door opened and there stood Luke shirtless.
"Um... Hi?" I said smiling and blushing.
"Hi, you can come in." I walked in, "I'm just gonna put a shirt on." He said awkward and embarrassed.
I checked my phone and got I message from Jessica.
Jessie: y weren't u at school yesterday
Me: I skipped
Jessie: what!?!
Me: yeah but I'm at Luke's house right now
Jessie: what Luke's house! What the heck is going on? I'm so confused
Me: lol nothing going on
Jessie: I want to hangout with u but ur with Luke 😐
Me: I'll ask him if we can stop by
Jessie: ok?
"I'm sorry for my shirtless-ness." Luke said blushing.
"It ok, I liked the show cutie." I smiled and made him blush.
"Oh, ok." He turned bright red. "Who you texting?"
"My friend Jessica, is it ok with we stop by?"
"Sure, lets bring the guys too!" He smiled showing he's dimples. I nearly died looking at them.
"So are we gonna go?" I grabbed his hands swinging them side by side.
He bit his lip and smiled, "ok." Luke locked the door and we held hands walking down the street.
"So.. who are we going to pickup first?"
"I guess Ashton, he lives like a block away." Luke knocked on he's door. "It's Luke!" Luke kept knocking and laughing.
"God, dammit Luke clam down!" Ashton said giggling. "Hey, Maddie."
"Hi, you want hangout with us?" I said laughing.
"Sure." He smiled and all went to get Calum. "So, are you guys together now?" We smiled and nodded. Luke called Calum come outside.
"Hey guys." Calum said tried.
"Come on let's pickup Michael." Ashton said.
"I bet a 5 that he's eating Luke." Calum said laughing.
"Deal!"
Calum kept knocking on Michael's front door. "Open the door, we can see you through the window!" Calum shouted.
"You always come when I have pizza!" Michael screamed.
"I told you he was eating." Calum said smiling at Luke. "My money please." Luke have handed it to him.
"We're not gonna eat your pizza!" Luke shouted, "Just open the door!" Michael open the door.
"Oh, Madelyn's here!" Michael smiled.
"Hi!" I shouted while laughing. "Let's go guys I want you to meet someone!"
"Luke and Maddie are dating!" Ashton screamed. Calum and Michael stared at us.
"Dammit! Now I have to give Michael money!" Calum shouted.
"I told they would they would go out." Michael said smiling. We walked to Jessica's house and I knocked on the door.
"I'm sorry, Allysa and Loreena wanted to come, but who are they?" Jessie said as Allysa and Loreena came.
"Why are you and Luke holding hands!? Are you guys dating?!?" They shouted.
"Can we come in?" I asked nervous. We all sat down on the carpet explaining everything. Jessie, Allysa, and Loreena were shocked.
"Maddie can we talk to you in around room." Allysa said with a straight face. Just the girl went in Jessica's room.
"Maddie you just met Luke! Are your crazy?!" Allysa said.
"This is why I didn't want to tell u guys, but Luke is sweet and kind. He's not gonna do anything bad to me."
"You just met him!" Allysa said.
"We're okay with it." Loreena and Jessica said smiling.
"Thanks, but Ally I came to hangout with Jessie so are you coming are not?" I said to them.
"Sure, I guess." Ally said.
"Ok, but they're all really funny and cool guys! So give them a chance." I said smiling.
