a mysterious helper

I stop running looking down to see Isabella sleeping and clutching at my shirt as she nuzzles her cheek against me. I simply cannot help but smile as I watch her sleep in my arm holding onto me as if I were a life line. Suddenly I hear a branch snap from behind me I draw my dagger as I turn sharply and soundlessly. Looking all around momentarily. Then I decide to call out, "who goes there, and what do you want"? But no response not even a sound answers my question. But then when I turn back around there is a hooded stranger giving me a signal to be slient. After their gesture they motion for me to follow. At this point it's either take my chance's with this staranger or wait for my mother to come try to kill us. I look back over my shoulder and look down at Isabella. The stranger must notice something off with me and sense my hesitation because they begin speaking to me. I mean neither of you harm and I am well aware of Storms ruthless and relentless behavior, she will not stop coming after you either. However I can help you out by getting her off your trail for a time. Sure alright!.., what is the catch, or rather what is your price? Hmm.., I am not a thief nor am I a bounty hunter kid. Now come before Storm finds us she will not take lightly to seeing me I can assure you of that. Soon we come upon a house the stranger opens the door and slightly bows at the waste as they speak softly, the master shall be with you soon. in the mean time I am going to see what all I can do to keep Storm off your trail. But please go no further then the door or master will be very angry I will return momentarily. Then the stranger disappears right before my eyes without a sound. Leaving me with a shocked and nervous look on my face but what is even more strange is there is not one thing left behind to show that they had been there not even a footprint. Who was this mysterious person who helped us and what do they want from us? I do not know but I have a feeling I will soon find out and that I won't like what I find.
