(Sorry guys I'm not going to post very many pictures in this chapter because I want to save them for the wedding chapter in the 2nd book💙💎)
I open my eyes and glance at the clock to see its 9:30. I turn my head to see a sleeping Beast Boy and I brush the hair out of his face. He squints his eyes and then opens them to look at me. "Hey baby" he says with his sleepy voice. "Hey" I say quietly. He pulls me in closer to him and he lays his head against mine. "We need to get going" I say while I continue to play in his hair. "Yeah but I'm so sleepy" he says back to me. I mean in and kiss his cheek and say "I'm about to go get dressed." He opens his eyes and gently kisses my lips. I get up from the bed and teleport to my room to grab some clean clothes but I notice that Jason isn't here. I look on my dresser to see a note. "Mornin' Voodoo. Ace, Winky and I went home because I've ran out of clothes. I'll be back later, Robin and I decided that after you and Beast Boy pick out the theme of the wedding, me and him can help with setting up the tables and chairs, see you in a bit. -Jason" it says. Well, alright. I grab some clean clothes and then I teleport myself into the bathroom and I hear the other Titans in the living room. I quickly jump into the shower and rinse my body off as I shampoo and condition my hair. I hop out of the shower and dry myself off as I quickly put on my clothes. I walk into the living room to see Starfire brushing her hair. "Friend Raven I shall choose the floral arrangements after you have chosen the theme for the wedding" Starfire giggles. "If we find one today I'll send you a picture" I say back to her. "I'll get the music ready for the wedding and the reception and then I'll start placing our orders in for the food" Cybrog says while pulling out his laptop. "I'll be with Starfire so when you send us the theme, Jason and I will get the table and chair decorations" Robin says while smiling. "Thanks guys" Beast Boy and I say. They smile at us and Beast Boy and I hope into the elevator and go down to the garage. We get into Beast Boy's black Camaro and we drive into the city, looking for venues. We walk into the beautiful store to see tons of pictures on the walls of stunning weddings. "Hello, my name is Naomi. Welcome to My Dream Wedding, how are you doing today?" A short lady with blonde hair says. "We're doing great. My name is Garfield and this is my fiancée Raven. We're planning to have our wedding on July 7th so I guess you could say we're in a bit of a time crunch. Could we look at some of your venues?" Beast Boy asks while smiling. "Of course. Are you looking for invitations and a wedding cake as well?" Naomi asks. "Yes ma'am" I reply. "Right this way" she says as she leads us down a hall. Beast Boy puts his arm around my waist and guides me in front of him as we enter a room full of invitations. "So this is our Invitation wing, they can match the theme of your wedding if you'd like" She says while pointing to the different colors. "What do you think Rae?" Beast Boy asks while looking at me. A beautiful blue and white card sticks out to me, I pick it up and say "I like this one."

"Me too" Beast Boy says while admitting the card. "Wonderful choice, how many do you wish for? I can get them for you after you choose your venue" She says while giving us a friendly smile. "Umm should 40 be enough?" Beast Boy asks while looking at me. I nod my head yes and then he asks me "Do you want it to be outside or inside?" "An outside setting" I say back to him. "Perfect, here's some pictures of weddings at every venue taken place outside" she says while handing us a book. I look over Beast Boy's shoulder as he's flipping through the pages and he say "Raven I like this one." I look closer at the picture to see a beautiful venue. It's a stunning dusty blue color with glass chairs and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. We flip the page over to see a beautiful crystal blue lake behind it with small lanterns in it. "That venue is one of my favorites, but it's quite on the expensive side" She says while staring in awe at the book. "How much?" Beast Boy asks. "$38,000. But it comes with servants and 5 gourmet chefs" she replies back. "Well, do you like it Raven?" Beast Boy says while looking at me. "Yes but isn't that a little expensive?" I ask. "Don't worry about it, I got it" he says while giving me a smile. "Excellent, so 50 invitations and the "Dazzling Blue Lake Theme correct?" Naomi asks. "Yes ma'am" he replies back. "Ok so the date is July 7th and what time will the wedding take place?" She asks. "7:00 p.m." I say back to her. "And the names are Garfield and Raven correct?" She asks. "Yes ma'am" I say. "Great. Since you bought such an expensive venue, we will provide free flowers of your choice. I recommend the colors Royal Blue, Dusty Blue and White" she says as she hands us a picture of them. "Sounds good" Beast Boy says while smiling. "We will also provide the labor so you won't have to do any work" she says while smiling. "Thank you" Beast Boy and I say while smiling at her. "You can walk back into the main lobby while I get your invitations ready" she says while walking down the hall. We walk in the opposite direction, back down the hall and into the lobby. "Are you sure you can afford all of this?" I ask. "Of course, I'll take care of everything, don't worry about it ok?" He says as he kisses my forehead. "Thank you" I say while wrapping my arms around him. He puts his hand under my chin and lifts my head up to kiss my lips. "I forgot to tell you, I called my parents earlier and their catching a plane over here, she wants to buy your dress" Beast Boy says while laughing. "Beast Boy I don't want you and your family paying for everything" I say while looking up at him. "What do you mean my family? Their your family too, my mom has met you one time and she adores you" he says while smiling at me. "And I think it's about time you start calling me by my first name" he says while laughing. "Yeah that's going to take some time, you've been Beast Boy to me for years" I say while thumping his ear. Naomi walks back in and hands us a box and says "Here are your invitations, we have monthly plans for you to pay off the venue if you'd like" she says while walking behind the counter. "I can pay it up front" Beast Boy says as he pulls out his debit card. "Full name please" she says as she takes his credit card and types on her computer. "Garfield Mark Logan" he says while looking at her. "Done and done. I will call you on June 28th so you can visit the venue before the wedding. Have a nice day" She says as she hands him back his credit card. "Thank you" we both say back to her. We walk out of the store and I look at the time on my Titan Communicator. "It's already 1:00" I say. "Yeah my parents should be here in about an hour, let's meet them at a restaurant." Beast Boy replies. "What about the other Titans?" I ask. "I texted Cyborg and Jason and told them that we just rented a venue and it comes with everything so they won't have to worry about it and Cyborg said they're all ordering Chinese food to eat at the tower" Beast Boy says back to me. "Ok, so what now?" I ask. "I'm guessing we should head over to the bakery to pick out a cake" he says while buckling his seatbelt. I nod my head as I do the same and we drive to the bakery. We walk into the bakery to find it empty so Beast Boy rings the small silver bell. A short, chubby, grandma that somewhat reminds me of Mother-Mae-Eye steps on top of a stool and suddenly appears behind the counter. "Hello dearies, what are we looking for today?" She asks while putting on her glasses. "You make wedding cakes here right?" Beast Boy asks. "Yes sir we do, I actually have a few pictures of some. Any particular color?" She asks while pulling out a small folder. "Our wedding is going to be a blue and white theme" he says while watching her place the folder in front of us. "We can add in any colors of your choice" she says while smiling at us. We flip through the pages as we see different types and styles of wedding cakes. "Which one baby?" Beast Boy asks while pointing at 3 different pages. I point to the one in the middle, and it has 4 beautiful white tiers with pearls and blue flowers surrounding them and at the bottom tier, it has white roses forming a ring around it. The lady asks "When is the day of the wedding and time?" "July 7th, at 7:00 p.m." Beast Boy replies. "What shade of blue?" She asks. "Dusty blue" I say back to her. "Alright it will be $830, you can pay today or the day before" She says while writing down our order. I pull out my wallet to grab my debit card but Beast Boy puts his hand on top of mine and grabs his wallet with his other hand. "Can I pay in cash?" Beast Boy asks. The little lady nods her head and Beast Boy pulls out seven $100 bills, two $50 bills and then one $20 bill and a $10 bill. The lady accepts his cash and asks "May I have the last name for the order?" "Logan" Beast Boy replies. She nods her head and tells us thank you as she waves goodbye. "I hate that you're paying for everything" I say while buckling my seatbelt. "Rae, I told you I got it" he says while kissing my cheek. I look down at his belt while his phone starts to ring. "Hello?" He says as he answers it. "Yeah, we'll meet you there" he says while he hands up the phone. "That was my dad, he said they just landed and their on the way to the Jazz Restaurant so we'll meet them there" he says while backing out of the parking spot. I nod my head and we drive back towards the National Park and to the restaurant. As soon as we walk in, we see his parents waving towards their table. "Raven, Garfield" Rita says as she walks up to us and hugs us. I give her a soft smile and we sit down at the table across from his parents. Steve grabs my left hand and says "Excellent choice son." "It's beautiful" Rita says as she admires the ring on my finger. "I can't believe our little boy is getting married" Rita says with tears in her eyes. "Momm" Beast Boy groans. "He isn't a little boy anymore, he's a man now" Steve says while smiling at him. "So Garfield, where's the wedding taking place?" Rita asks. "It's going to be outside by a lake, I've actually taken some pictures of everything" He says while pulling out his phone. He pulls up some pictures of the venue and the cake and hands his phone to his parents. "Breathtaking!!!" Rita says in awe. "Exquisite taste Garfield" Steve remarks. "Oh Raven darling I do hope that you will allow me to take you shopping for a dress and for your bridesmaid dresses!!" Rita says while grabbing my hand. "Thank you so much" I say while smiling at her. That reminds me!!! I need some bridesmaids!!! I quickly pull out my phone to make a group chat consisting of me, Starfire, Jinx and my brother's wife Sage. Group chat: Starfire, Jinx, & Sage Me: I'm sorry this is so last minute but Beast Boy proposed to me on Christmas and we plan on having our wedding on July 4th. Invitations will be sent out within the next couple of days but I wondering if you all would want to be my bridesmaids? Starfire: It would be glorious to be the maid of the bride!!! Thank you friend Raven!! Sage: It would be my pleasure Raven, I will let Rorek know, congratulations darling. Jinx: WHAAAAAAT?!?!?!? Ok girl I have soooo many questions but of course I will be your bridesmaid!!!! Me: Thank you all so much!!! I plan on going with Beast Boy's mom to the mall to shop for a dress in about an hour. If you can, please meet me there. Sage I know it'll be somewhat difficult for you to travel here so if it's easier for you just to send me your dress size I will gladly get it for you. Starfire: I will see you at the mall of shopping!! Jinx: I'll be there!!! Sage: I wear a 6 normally, thank you Raven. Private Message To Starfire Me: Starfire will you be my maid of honor? Starfire: EEEEK!!!! Yes friend Raven!!! Me: Thank you :) Starfire: Oh you are the welcomed, I will see you at the mall of shopping
