2. Out of Sight

"Hyung. Hyuuunnngggg!" Hyunjin kept chanting to get Jaebum's attention. "What do you want?! I'm busy!" He huffed, Hyunjin only smiled. "Can you go with me to pick up the babies? Eomma Jinyoung said he can't."

"You're a grown ass man. Go yourself." Hyunjin whined at Jaebum's answer. "But hyuuuung! The kids don't listen to me! They listen to Jinyoung hyung, Eunbi, or you!"

Jaebum ignored him and continued what he was doing on his computer. He looked from the corner of his eye only to see Hyunjin pouting like a baby. "I don't know what Eunbi was thinking when she married you. No wait! You probably drugged her. Yeah seems reasonable."

Hyunjin gasped dramatically, with his hand on his chest. "I did not! That sounds like something Minho hyung would do." Jaebum only hummed.

Hyunjin sat down on a chair, thinking of how he could bribe his hyung to go with him. A creepy smile painted on his face when he thought of the perfect plan. "Hyung, I'll buy you strawberry milk for a week if you go with me." Jaebum stopped typing at the mention of strawberry milk.

Slowly he looked at Hyunjin. He carefully inspected Hyunjin's face. "Hyung, I know I'm handsome but like— I'm married." Jaebum's expression quickly turned into a look of disgust. "Keep dreaming Hyunjin and sure I'll go with you but you must buy me strawberry milk like you promised." Hyunjin cheered in victory.

"I can't believe I actually agreed to go with you." Jaebum groaned, little girls all over both Jaebum and Hyunjin. "hi~ you're handsome Oppa!" A little girl who looked no older than 6 complimented Jaebum. He smiled softly at her as she ran back to her mother.

On the other side, there stood Mr. Choi with Mr. Park and Ms. Im. Nayeon spotted her brother, she went to Jimin and whispered in his ear. "Jaebum and Hyunjin are here." Jimin nodded.

Youngjae came up to them with Wooyong in his arms. "Can you hold him? I need to go to the bathroom." Nayeon nodded at Youngjae, grabbing Wooyong from his arms. Youngjae thanked her, quickly walking to the bathroom.

Hyunjin and Jaebum walked up to Nayeon. "Hello Ms. Im!~" Jaebum said with a teasing tone, a smug look on his face. "ha-ha. very funny." She rolled her eyes, giving Wooyong to Hyunjin. "I'll go get the rest of the kids." Jimin said, walking to where the kids were talking.

Jaebum was looking around but before he could spot Youngjae, Hyunjin called him. "Hyung, let's go!" The little kids were holding each other's hands. Yongbin and Minji talking about how their days were as they were in different classes.

Jaebum listened to the kids' conversation. "Uncle Jaebum, did you know we are going to have a school play? My class is going to do The Little Red Riding Hood!" Minji said, excitement all over her small face. Taeyong kept looking at her with admiration in his eyes.

Jaebum noticed this, he smiled at the little kids. He wanted to have his own kids, a lover who he can hold and cherish with his life.

At this point, he can only wish.
