"Well what do you want to know?"

I look the fourth in the eyes."I know all of the basics, how you didn't have any leaders, and didn't use chakra." 

"Well if you know that there's nothing else to tell. But we used chakra, we just didn't use it to battle."

"Ahh I see."

"Can you tell me about the night your clan got attacked?"

"Well, I don't have much to tell, I was woken up by the sounds of screams and thumps, but my first instinct was to grab my kunai and check on my little sister because she was just an infant."

I look down at my feet and continue my story.

"I slide open her door and see her blood and pieces of her on the walls....after that I..uh..I umm...I left..I stayed in the forest for a few months until I ended up here."

"Wait... You said you stayed in the forest for a few months? We got word of your clans death four years ago."

I look up at him with confusion. "W-what?! Did I spend four years in the forest?!"

I grab my hair and focus on the Hokage. "So...I'm....nineteen?! H-how did I not notice this?!" I began pacing back and fourth.

"I've been alone all that time?! I could have hunted down my clans killer in that time!!" I fall to my knees, suddenly I began to feel wet tears on my legs.

"I did nothing!...... "NOTHING!! I SHOULD'VE DIED THAT DAY!! ALL IM DOING IS BEING MY CLAN SHAME!! MY FAMILY SHAME!! My voice comes to a slight whisper. "Why did they leave me?" I bring my hands to my face slightly covering my eyes. "I HAD THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO KILL THEM AND I RAN AWAY LIKE A COWARD!"

Out of nowhere I feel a warm hand on my back. I turn and look to see Kakashi, I stand up and push his hand away. I bow and leave the room. I began to head to the training grounds.

Juubi do you have anymore ideas about attacks so I can blow off steam

Matter a fact I do,

I come across the training grounds and position myself in front of a target.

Ok what now?

Hehe let's do this.

First things first focus your chakra in your hands, the palms to be specific, and imagine an explosion.

I look at my palms to see small yet very effective explosions.

This is going to be fun.

After a few targets I realize I nearly blown up the entire training ground.

Is there a way to fix this

Of course, Focus real hard, think about the way you want the grounds to look like.

I close my eyes and think about the place before I blew everything up. Taking  deep breaths and calming myself I open my eyes to see everything back to normal.
