You should have stayed at home.

You were miserable, working at one of the best law firms in New York City. If only your boss wasn't a pain in the ass and just let you work for less than 9 hours a day, you would still be in New York City. Right now you are in Korea crying just outside one of the most famous idols' apartments. Why are you crying? We'll get to that later.

It all started because of your two best friends, Ireland, and Phoebe.

"Y/N answer the fucking phone! It's been ringing for the past five minutes," your loud boss thunders beside you.

The phone had just started ringing, but when your boss is in a bad mood, or any mood really, she manages to bring everyone down with her. Even over a stupid phone call. Your entire life has revolved around work. You get to the office every day at 8 am, and leave at 5 pm, but even at home, you are still working on cases. When you answer the phone you are surprised to hear your friend Phoebe. She never calls you, especially on your work phone.

"Y/N, I have the biggest news ever, it's about to change your life," she says.

"Hit me," you say sarcastically.

"Pack your bags, we are going to South Korea this summer, you, me, and Ireland. I just bought us BTS concert tickets, and guess what!"

"Are you joking? What oh my gosh?" you say out of breath.

"These tickets also have backstage passes."

You scream as loud as you can, forgetting your boss is sitting right next to you.

"Shut up Y/N!" your boss yells.

"Sorry."

This trip is going to be the best experience of your life. You've been Army since you were 18 years old. Every chance you get at work you hide and listen to their latest album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7. Out of your friends, Ireland is the biggest K-pop Stan. She can tell you everything a person can know about all of the members. Her bias was Jimin, although you knew Taehyung made her question her loyalty a few dozen times. In general, Ireland was a very confident person, however BTS brought a soft side to her. Phoebe on the other hand was a very loyal stan. From the first moment she knew BTS, Jungkook was her bias. Phoebe is one of the kindest people you'll ever know, and she is always there for the emotional boy talks. You never had a bias. You love them all so much that you can never choose. If you had to choose a bias it would probably be Namjoon. You always had a joke saying you were going to marry him one day. Right now you can't even imagine getting married, because of your job you haven't had a boyfriend in years. You are 23, and the last time you kissed someone was in high school.

Maybe on this trip, things will change.

Today is the day you are flying to South Korea. Phoebe and Ireland are already in Seoul, but you have to stay a day late, because, unsurprisingly your boss hates you. The captain just announces that you are taking off. You relax and watch some movies. The flight wasn't the best experience, there were a few crying babies and you didn't get to sleep.

When you finally land, Ireland and Phoebe run up to you smiling. Ireland is wearing a tight dress, with a cropped cardigan and matching boots. Phoebe is wearing a classic light pink pastel loose but yet fitting dress. You are wearing your airport clothes, loose hoodie, and sweatpants.

"Are you ready for the most exciting summer of your life?" Ireland says.

"I don't think there's anything in the world that can prepare me for this."

"Let's go, I have reservations at one of the most popular restaurants in Seoul," Phoebe says.

"No way in hell," you reply. "Wait, what am I going to wear?"

Phoebe pulls out of her bag a cropped f/c short sleeve t-shirt, a mini white skirt, and Dr. Martens as if she were Mary Poppins.

"And get this, Jin is rumored to be at the restaurant, right now! I just saw it on Instagram" Ireland says.

"No way in hell," you reply.

But you were wrong. The moment you arrive, standing right in front of your eyes was none other than Kim Seok-Jin.
