*the next morning i woke up cilla and jayla's lazy asses for school*
y/n: gtfup jayla! you have to drive us to school
jayla: just 3 more minutes please
*i looked at cilla and she looked back we nodded our head and pulled her off the bed*
jayla: ouch.
y/n: you finna get up now?
jayla: yes omg.
*we all finished getting ready and walked downstairs and out the door to jayla's car. when we got in we drove to starbucks and then too school. once we pulled up to the school kairi and alvaro were waiting for us*
alvaro: hey beautiful
y/n: im flattered but aren't you dating my bestfriend?
alvaro: stfu, come her cilla
y/n: eww! get a room
jayla: if i was you i wouldn't be talking after what went down yesterday
alvaro: what happened yesterday?
cilla: it's mattia and y/n's business..
*i looked at jayla and shot her a dirty look then I turned my attention to kai*
y/n: hey kairi
kairi: hey y/n..
jayla: where my manzzzzz
kairi: he's with the rest of the boys
jayla: alright then les gooo!!!
*we walked over to the boys and mattia walked up to me and kissed my forehead while hugging me*
alvaro: wait a minute
y/n: what alvaro?
alvaro: when did you and mattia become a thing? because last i remember he hated you and you secretly liked-
*cilla covered his mouth before he could finish*
y/n: uhh, we're just friends
jayla: damn y/n, your really good at friendzoning people. first kai and now mattia-
*she stopped right as she realized what she said. mattia was hugging me from behind but when he heard that he let go*
mattia: wdym you friendzoned kai?
jayla: that's not what i meant..
mattia: no, i think that's exactly what you meant
y/n: i-
kairi: do you like mattia y/n?
mattia: so what if she does? why would you care?
kairi: i wasn't asking you
mattia: well now your talking to me
kairi: just answer the question y/n. do you like mattia?
*everyone turned there attention to me*
y/n: i- well here's the thing.
kairi: so you do?
y/n: ina way yes but i-
kairi: wow y/n. after everything we talked about and everything that happened saturday
mattia: what happened saturday?
kairi: we-
y/n: we kissed. we fucking kissed.
mattia: so what happened yesterday? what was that to you?
y/n: mattia i-
*the bell rang and cilla grabbed my arm and pulled me outa that conversation*
jayla: she'll talk to you guys at lunch.
*and with that jayla, cilla and i walked to class. we all sat in our seats but i was spaced out thinks about everything that just went down not realizing the teacher was talking to me*
teacher: y/n? do you have the answer to number 7?
y/n: i- uhh
teacher: where you playing any attention?
*the whole class was looking at me now and i didn't have the answer*
y/n: no i wasn't playing any attention at all and i don't have the damn answer to number 7!
teacher: alright let's all take a 5 minute break.
*i stormed outa the class and walked down the hall to sit down in the courtyard and cool down. as soon as i sat down i broke down because i felt horrible. all i could think about was that i could loose kairi's friendship and that i could've hurt mattia or kai badly.. a couple minutes later i felt a tap on my shoulder and looked up to see kairi*
y/n: are you here to yell at me or somethin?
kairi: i could never but i did get outa class to come check up on you..
y/n: why would you wanna check up on me? i did you so wrong-
*i was stopped in the middle of my sentence because kairi kissed me. it was a small loving kiss and didn't pull away*
kairi: all i want is for you to be happy even if it's not with me. if mattia makes you happy then i say go for it because no matter what you'll have me as your bestfriend..
*at that moment i knew this kid loved me because all he wanted was for me to be happy. i hugged him and started crying in his arms*
kairi: don't cry mamas.
*he lifted my chin up so i was facing him and he wiped my tears*
kairi: please.
y/n: it's hard kairi. i feel like a mistake. i could've easily lost you forever-
kairi: but you didn't
y/n: but i still hurt you..
kairi: ill heal overtime
y/n: i didn't want to hurt you at all kairi. i love you
kairi: i love you too mamas.. ill be fine i promise.
*i started to feel a bit better knowing i hadn't lost my bestfriend but deep down i still felt like the worst person in the world*
y/n: im sorry kairi
kairi: look y/n, ik you feel bad but things happen and i can't control your feelings.. i just want you to be happy. if your happy then i did my job as a bestfriend and that makes me happy. you mean the world to me y/n. if im not the one you want, i respect that. it might hurt but ill get over it i promise.
*i hugged kairi and didn't let go*
y/n: your the best bestfriend anyone could ask for. idk what i would do without you kairi
kairi: you'd prolly be dating mattia
*i slapped his arm playfully*
y/n: nows not the time to play around kai.. but we should be getting back to class
kairi: i don't wanna goooooo
y/n: we have to so les go!
*i grabbed his arm and tried to pull him but then he picked me up and set me back on the bench and everytime i tried getting up he wouldn't let me. after trying to get up 5 times i started dying of laughter*
kairi: that's what i like too see
y/n: your so annoying olaf
kairi: do you think ima let you get away with calling me olaf?
*the bell rang just as he finished his sentence and i took off running until i accidentally ran into mattia*
y/n: im sorry i wasn't watching were i was going
mattia: it's all good but why were you run-
*he stopped talking when he saw kairi running over to us*
mattia: oh, kai was chasing you.
*i turned around to face kai when i saw jayla, cilla and all mattias friends walking over*
alejandro: so are you guys finally done arguing
y/n: yes they are.
*mattia looked confused so kairi and him stepped away from everyone to talk and when they came back mattia hugged me from behind and he was all happy while kairi half smiled*
y/n: im hungry. do you guys have any food
mattia: eat the school food..
y/n: ewww! kairi can you drive me to Taco Bell rq! pleaseee
mattia: i could drive you
y/n: i asked kairi
kairi: alright but your buying me something too.
y/n: alright, les go before lunch ends!.
