Alyss' p.o.v.:

I couldn't sleep at night so I decided to walk around. There were many stars so I had enough light. I walked down the lake. It looked so peaceful. There was a wooden hut with all the necessary stuff to go kayak. I looked around in the hut, not that I wanted to kayak or anything. There was a huge wooden closeet. Yet, the wood of the closet was different from the wood of the hut. It was darker. I opened the closet, but it was empty. Someone pushed me hard and I fell in the closet. He or she locked it. "Aww, poor Alyss. You'll never get out of here anymore. Do you know why? I'm going to throw the key in the lake. No one will ever find it. Such a shame." It was Ashley. Ofcourse it's Ashley. Who else would be so mean? "I told you to stay away from my boyfriend." Said Ashley and she laughed evil. It was terrifying. I searched my phone in the pockets of my jeans, but ofcourse I forgot it in my hut. The tears streamed down my face. How am I going to get out of this? I didn't even try to yell because I knew nobody would hear me. Everybody is sleeping now. I covered my eyes with my hands, I cried even more than I ever did before. This is so unfair. And now Ashley has free access to Luke... Would he take her back? Luke said he doesn't like her anymore, but what if that's a lie? What if he still has feelings for her? Eventually, I cried myself asleep.

Luke's p.o.v.:

The next mourning, I ate breakfast in the Big Hall. I sat at a table with Michael, Calum and Ashton. My eyes were looking for Alyss but I couldn't find her. Laura came to us. I noticed Calum blushed a little. "Luke, do you know where Alyss is?" "No, I though she was with you." But Laura shook her head. "She went walking at night. I thought she had to go to the bathroom but she didn't return." answered Laura worried. Strange, Alyss would never leave without saying something. "I'm going to tell Cedric. He'll know what to do." At least, I hope he will. I went to the table infront where the leaders of the camp were sitting. "Cedric, can I speak to you?" I asked; Cedric nodded and followed me outside. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Alyss. She's gone. She went walking last night but didn't return..." My voice cracked and I felt tears in my eyes, but I held them back. "What do you mean, 'she's gone'?" I lost my patience. "She's gone, okay? No one knows where she is!" I yelled. Michael, Ashton and Calum went outside. Michael layed his hand on my shoulder to calm me down. "Did you call her?" asked Cedric calm. "Yes, but she left her phone in her hut." "Alright, I'l help you guys and Alyss' friends finding her." Calum went inside to search Alyss' friends. We told them the plan. We split ourselves up in teams of 2 and looked everywhere. Half an hour passed; no sign of Alyss. "Alyss! Alyss where are you?" I yelled desperate. "What if we don't find her, Michael?" He looked at me. "We will, Luke. We will find her. That's a promise." We reached the lake. Calum and Laura were searching on the other side of the lake. There was a hut. Michael searched outside and I entered the hut. "Alyss!" "Luke? Luke, is that you?" she replied. God, I was so happy. "Michael, she's in here!" I yelled and he called Calum and Laura. "Where are you?" "I'm in the closet, it's locked. The key is in the lake." I heard she was crying. Everybody was now in the hut. "Don't cry, my love. Everything will be alright." I said while looking for something to open the closet. Eventually, I found a crowbar and forced the door to open. Alyss pracitically ran in my arms and cried. I couldn't hold my tears anymore and cried as well. "I love you, Luke. I love you so much." "I love you too, Alyss. More than you'll ever know."
