· ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · ꕥ · ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · THIRD PERSON P.O.V The [h/c]-nette accepted the declaration. Natsu was overjoyed with her answer. After various days of asking for a fight, he could finally fight her. They both stepped out the guild, walking away from it until they could see a clearing. The rest of the guild decided to follow the two kids.
"I'm wagering on Natsu on this one"
"Yeah me too!"
"Ah. I'm risking it on the newbie."
"Yeah, perhaps she'll be able to amaze us."
Many of the guild members talked amongst each other about the fight. Natsu and y/n didn't pay attention though. They were more interested in each other, waiting for it to commence. They were around 10 feet away from each other. Getting into a fighting stance.
"Alright, and begin!!" Master Makarov exclaimed.
Natsu decided to attack first running across the field to get to y/n. She merely stood there examining him, waiting for the exact moment to strike. That was something she understood while training under Atlas. She shuddered at the thought of atlas but stopped dwelling on the thought of her.
"What is she doing?"
"She needs to dodge? Attack?"
"Why is she just standing there?"
The guild members murmured to each other while starting with concern for the little girl.
Natsu's hand was engulfed in flames. Illuminating the area around with an orange warm light. The air around them started getting warmer. Gaining speed from the flame he ran up to y/n.
"YOU JUST GONNA STAND THERE?!" Natsu shouted with a grin plastered on his complexion.
Y/N used Natsu's momentum against him. Once he was close enough she moved to the side and swiftly dodged the incoming punch. Due to the dodge, he ended up punching a tree leaving a small dent. He quickly turned around to see y/n across from him. Back to where he had started except opposite sides.
Y/N held her normal straight face. Observing Natsu, predicting what he would do next. Natsu realized what had happened and his grin slowly turned into one of anger.
"STOP BEING A COWARD AND FIGHT ME!" He yelled, eye twitching as he watched no reaction come from his opponent.
Y/N deciding it has lasted long enough ran up to Natsu and attacked. Attempting a punch to his gut. He barely dodged out of the way. Both kids started getting ready for a spell, Natsu's hand forming into a fist full of blazes while y/n's had a fist of purple, black, and white mist enveloping hers. Both punches attacked head-on against each other.
