It was the morning after the S class trials. Many were chosen to participate including y/n. The sky was gradually fading into its blue atmosphere. The sun rising up as the guild members anticipate who gains the title of S Class.
"Who do you think won?"
"Erza?"
"Y/n is pretty good too."
The other guild members guessed as they were waiting for the master to announce the new S class.
"Alright kids! This is it, the thing you've been anticipating ever since the time came around. I hereby announce our two new S class mages! Y/N L/N AND ERZA SCARLET!!"
"two mages?"
While many were confused about why two were chosen, they cheered nonetheless. Soon the guildhall was partying for the two new S class mages. Y/n sat at a table with Astrum and erza.
Y/N P.O.V I watched Erza and Astrum converse together while I observed. I still remember when I first met Erza. It's quite weird how the two silent types soon became acquaintances.
Flashback -> Age 12 It was around 1 pm, I was reading a book while the rest of the guild was in a full-on brawl. I think it was Natsu's fault it started but then again. When is it not? I was at the chapter where the detective found another clue on who killed his sister. As I was reading this girl with red cherry hair, silver armor, and blue skirt came over.
'I think her name was Erza?' I thought while looking at her.
I watched her slowly come over to where I was sitting. I didn't know why she was coming here, I did not do anything to provoke her. I decided to keep reading and ignore her presence. If she sheathes her sword, I would just have to dodge.
"Hey. Look at me." She commanded.
I looked up from my book and faced her. "Is there anything you need? I've just got to the good part of the story." I said while closing my book with a bored expression.
I noticed some of the guild members we're watching our interaction, however, I chose not to think of them. She had an annoyed expression. 'Though I do not really know why?' I started thinking of what I did to make her mad but none came to my mind, so I dropped the topic and looked at her once more.
