(legoshis pov) legoshi age 11: i was walking through the city because i had to get some things for dinner that night i got to the store got in and found the 100% plant based burgers for the dinner i was going to try and help make "thank you" i said to the gazelle cashier he just smiled and waved as i left the shop but i heard crying when i got out so being a 11 year old i checked it out it was a Labrador retriever "h-hey are you ok" i said in a kinda high pitched voice he sniffled "i don't know if i am according to my parents i'm not for being who i am " he cried out the Labrador grabbed me and hugged me heart beat was starting to elevate and i was blushing 'what is this strange feeling i am feeling i'm extremely confused' i thought to myself  "um hey what is your name' i say in a reassuring voice "j-jack yours" he let go of me and kinda half smiled  "hey come with me my family is having a cook out wanna come" i smiled brightly at jack and put out my hand his entire mood changed and he smiled the brightest smile i have ever seen ever and he grabbed my hand we were off new friends i never knew what his parents had done that day or why but i still had a strange feeling in my chest 'what is this feeling' i thought walking home with my new freind jack

(present time)

"hey legoshi get up its time for school get up" i heard jack say swinging  open my curtains and waking me up "ughhhhh Monday"i said groggily getting up  and getting into my uniform "hey jack remember when we first met" i said starting to walking out of the canines dorm "yea why do you mention it" jack said chasing up to me "well i had a dream about it and you said that your parents didn't accept you for who you are but you never said what you meant" i said slouching "oh when we met that day i had just told my parents my sexuality i'm gay legoshi my parents didn't like that very much so they said that i had to leave or they were going to beat me" jack sadly said with his head down my heart beat started to rise and my face was starting to go a light shade of red in color 'what could this feeling be i only feel it with jack its like i want to protect him and just be with him all the time' i think grabbing the sides my head with hands "well i'm perfectly fine with gay people i think they are the nicest people around" i say kinda half smiling which seems to make jack happy as he skips ahead of me and does a little dance 'that was really cute... WHAT he is my best freind i can't think that' i sigh and just chuckle a tiny bit "well see you at the cafeteria jack i gotta get to class" i say and as i start to run off to my first class of the day

for some reason i couldn't get jack out of my mind it was his bubbly and happy attitude or his passion to do well it just makes me want to see him more and more and with out realizing i draw starting sketching a picture of jack with his shirt off and stop paying attention to class soon multiple pages of my notebook is filled with some not so good (if you know what i mean) sketches of my friend and i blush i close my note book as the bell rings for the next class

it becomes lunchtime and i bring all my school stuff because i'm always late for my next class because my locker is like 1.8 miles away "hey legoshi" i hear a familiar voice call out to me "hey jack" i say hiding my notebook "whatcha hiding behind" jack walks over to me curiously trying to see what i'm hiding "n-nothing" i say sitting down at the table and put my notebook on my lap "ok well i bought you something" jack say holding out a bug encyclopedia "thanks jack your the best" i say and can't help but smile widely as jack gives me the book i move the notebook from my lap to the table "so jack hows are classes going" i say munching on a egg sandwich "same old same old" jack say casually as he sneakily steals my notebook "JACK THAT'S MY NOTE BOOK" i say not yelling but loud enough "then let me look at it " jack say mischievously i was blushing madly by this time i had given up trying to stop jack after 5 minutes of me trying to take it back from jack but it was to late he had looked through my book i just hid my face and started blushing my face looking like a tomato with fur "l-legoshi" i hear jack say i deside to let my head out "im sorry i kno-" i get cut off by jack kissing me it felt so nice so i kissed back and the moved back "legoshi i have always felt this way i have since we met that day in that alleyway" jack says face 3 inches from mine "i-i think me to" i say as i feel my ears start to heat up and i feel someones hands on mine there jacks "so does this mean" i cut him off "yes were together i tell him, i feel multiple people starein but i dont care i pick him up bridal style and bring him to his next class "love you" i say putting him down and booping his nose with mine as i wave goodbye
