"Okay, Aunt Freya. That was the last box." I state, crossing my arms over my chest.

Aunt Freya, and I just moved into a new house.

It's been one year after My dad, mom, and uncle died. I've spent this time—grieving, practicing my magic, and exploring myself.

Freya thought it would be good for us to move away from New Orleans. Away from all the grieving. And I knew she was right.

I should move on.

We moved into a small town called Beacon Hills.

She wanted to move away from all the supernatural drama. But from the vibe I get from this town, I'm not sure we did.

"HOPE!!" I heard my name being shouted from inside.

I sighed before walking in the house to help unpack.

oOo

I pulled up in my new schools parking lot with the car Aunt Rebekah gave me.

She loved to spoil me. If it was to Shopping Trips, to dinner in Paris, Rebekah would do it.

Stepping out of my car, I grab my books— and walk inside the school.

I take out the schedule that was sent to me in the mail, trying to figure out where my first class was.

I look up to scan the crowd, see if there was anyone who could help.

Two girls in particular stood out. One had strawberry blonde hair— slightly curled, while the other had blackish brownish curly hair.

I make my way over to them. I proceed to say 'excuse me' to get her attention.

She turns around to face me along with the Strawberry blonde.

She furrowed her eyebrows.

"Hi, I'm hope— I'm new and I was hoping you could show me to this class." I greeted, showing her my paper.

She gives me a small smile before looking at the paper.

Her chocolate brown eyes scan the thin material.

"Oh that's me and Lydia's class. I'll show you there?" She asked pointing to the door down the hall.

I give her a slight nod before waking with her.

"Oh, I'm Alison Argent, And this is my friend Lydia Martin." She introduced. I gave her a small smile.

"I'm Hope, Hope Mikaelson." I stated. She nodded.

"Omg I love that jacket, where did you get it?" 'Lydia' asked.

I smiled at the memory of going shopping with Aunt Rebekah and Davina.

"I got it from Italy, my Aunts took me shopping." I explained.

She smiled brightly before looking at Alison.

"Well Alison, Looks like we found our new best friend."

oOo

After my first class, Alison and Lydia gave me a mini tour around the school.

Now it was lunch and I was starving. The hallways were empty, everyone was in the cafeteria.

I. Myself, was still trying to get my locker open.

I sighed, i tried to hold off on magic for as long as I could.

"Dissera Portus" I chanted. My locker door flung open.

I grabbed my lunch that Aunt Freya made for me and made my way into the lunch room.

I scanned the room. Most of the tables were full. People were socializing with their friends. Laughing. Talking.

I sighed about to turn and walk out until I heard my name being shouted.

"HOPE!!" I stopped walking and turned around. I saw a cheerful Lydia waving her hands.

The faces of unfamiliar heads faced me. I gave a quick awkward smile before holding my head down and speed walking over the the table the two girls sat at.

I placed the brown bag down on the table. Alison shifted over— patting a seat in between her and Lydia.

"Thanks" I smiled at the girls before looking at two unfamiliar faces in-front of me.

"Oh, I forgot. Hope, this is Scott and Stiles." Alison motioned to the two boys.

I raised an eyebrow at the unique name.

"Okay." I nodded my head

I looked the guy to the left

I looked the guy to the left. He had a sharp jawline, with chocolate eyes.

My eyes widened at what I sensed from him.

'A WEREWOLF!'

'And here I thought I moved here to get away from supernatural drama.'

But his aura seemed different than an average werewolf. He seemed, half way?

"Hope?" Fingers snapped in-front of my face, pulling me away from my thought.

I shifted my gaze over to the strawberry blonde.

"Were you even listening to what I was saying?" She questioned me.

"Uhh.. sure?" I said, but it came out more of a question.

She rolled her eyes before. Going back to her conversation.

I shook my head and got rid of those thoughts.

I would rather be in supernatural drama. It's a part of me.

So I guess I'll just sit back and enjoy the ride.
