((Alex's POV))

My thoughts still wandered back to the memory of the old library, was the encounter with the lady just a dream, and did the cat actually exist, I asked jade about it and she stares at me dumbfounded like I was telling her an urban legend. "Alex are you feeling ok we got these books at the local library". her sentence left me confused because I'm certain that there were no coding manuals at that library. Suddenly I remember the sign that I supposedly saw out front. I asked her "do you remember the sign the sign out front that peeked both our interests that you tugged on my arm to venture towards the building". Yet again I left her dumbfounded, she acted like it never happened, and if it didn't happen then how come I remember and jade can't recall.

All of a sudden I heard a voice that resembled the old lady librarian "The key would bring the two world together and that key is you Alexandra rime Ash." as soon as I heard her voice a pair of hazel eye flashed in front of my eyes, those eyes where the same eyes that the white tabby cat acquired.

"Little Alex, My sweet, you have been dormant from your potential long enough, its time to face your destiny head-on and expect the responsibility that it brings, I can't wait to see how you have grown, for it has been ages since I last cradled you in my arms, heard your pure burst of laughter, our parent would be so overjoyed to be reconnected with you. all you have to do is find what is calling to you, what your body yearns for you to obtain. Little Alex all you have to do is crack the code for you are the key to your destiny. Little Alex." said a voice so familiar it left an ache in my heart yearning to know the identity of the voice.

"ex...Alex...ALEX"  I was brought back to reality by my sugar high bestie Jade, who was frantically waving her manicured hand in front of my face. "finally I have been calling your name for the past five minutes you were just staring of into space almost like you were in a trance.

"I'm fine just a bit confused about the library incident and how I spontaneously ended up outside of the building" she just stared at me "you Know what Alex I have had the same old talk with you about this 15 times now and each time you come back more convinced that what you witnessed was true, how many times do I have to tell you people can't just miraculously end up outside a building without realizing it." I was shocked, to say the least, I did expect her to believe me but she has not, scolding me on my supposed imagination playing tricks on me.

Wanting to get out of this situation I pulled the 'my mum is calling me home' card which Jade feel for again and I ended up home, though before I even drove up the driveway something in me was saying that I should go back to the old library and seek answers, which didn't sound all that bad, to be frank, because i need to get to the bottom of this once and for all.

After 20 minutes is arrived back at the old library and once again saw the signs but this time it changed in saying:

Welcome, Little Alex,

The one that seeks what she so desperately wants to find venture down the path that will lead you to will lead you to your destiny

Little Alex, follow the cat to bring you back to us.

-Beyond

After reading the sign I felt that whoever wrote this knows me on a personal level, however, I shook off the familiar feeling the nickname presented to me. continuing my track I headed back towards the doors of the town's old library, which again I was greeted by the same warmth, the only thing that was missing was the white tabby cat...

"Meow" I jumped from fright when I felt the tabby cat rub against my leg angling his head telling me to follow him, which it didn't hesitate to do. By following the cat he leads back to the 34th corridor but instead of stopping at the entrance like last time the tabby cat pushed on trotting down further past the corridor to an eerie room that had a spiraling staircase leading me down to an outdoor oasis, underground. In the middle of my clearing, I discovered the old librarian positioned there with a book resembling the one I have borrowed open and she was staring at me with a delighted look graced on her face.

"Finally, Dear Alex Lets get Started," the librarian said with delight.

"wait I'm still so confused what are we starting and .... what is your name? at least tell me that much before we start anything?" I said hurriedly to try to get some answers.

but the librarian bluntly ignored me leaving me with a heavy silence that was broken by 4 words, "My name is..Fernillin"
