I stared at you through the glass window of a coffee shop. You smiled as you greeted the costumer and took their order. Your smile was blinding. Kinda clichè but I think you're very pretty.

I had a long and exhausting day. Everyday I pass by this cafè but this was the first time I actually took a glance at it. And it was the best decision I have ever made-- or one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I never bothered with this cafè before since I never really liked caffeine.

I, without much thought, entered the cafè as if you were a magnet and I was being pulled. You were a force I don't bother being reckoned with.

I stood in line. Not bothering taking my eyes off of you. You glowed and maybe I lacked that which is why I feel a pull from you. Maybe I needed that. I don't know.

Minutes passed and I was getting closer, the line was getting shorter.

It was now my turn to order. You greeted me with a very pretty, blinding, and boxy smile. But I just stared.

You were starting to get uncomfortable " Uhmm sir?"

I shook my head as if snapping myself back to reality.

I wanted to say "Hi, what's your name? I'd really like to know more about you. You see I was staring at you outside and thought that you were one heck of a sight so maybe you wanna go grab dinner? You're very pretty"

But all that came out of me was a meek "Hi" and ordered "One grande Iced Cafè Americano, please" which was the first thing I saw on the menu.

You took my order, asked for my name "J-Jeongguk" I stuttered which was very embarrassing on my part but you just smiled. I payed and waited for my name to be called all the while just staring at you.

When my name was called, I took my drink and left.

I took one last glance at you then left.

As I made my way home, you occupied my mind. I did not even know your name.

I took a sip at the caffeine and grimaced at the bitterness.

Oh the things I do.

A/N: hello, this is my first time writing a book, a fanfiction at that. i hope someone reads this uwu.
