4) Chain of events p2

Sorry it took so long to update, dealing with some personal things but I hope you enjoy !

Previously

I went to an empty hallway and she followed.

"So yall have nicknames now, you trying to make me jealous is childish '' I said regretting every word I just said.

"Captain Smith, why would I try to make you jealous?" I feel like I walked right into that one.

"Look I'm sorry i shouldn't have kissed you" she actually seemed hurt at what i said.

"what kiss?" I didn't know what to say so i just stayed quiet and we just looked at each.

"Is there anything else Captain Smith?" I nodded my head no and she walked towards the barracks.

Zorell pov

I walked away from Eric like what he said didn't matter but it crushed me. I wanted to fight, he just said he should have never kissed me so he didn't want me but I swallowed the fact that it was just a mistake to him and that I needed to focus on my future. I hurried out of the hallway and went straight to the mess hall. I spotted Dominic, he was sitting and talking to some other special forces recruits.

I was desperate for attention so I walked over to him and said "can we talk" he looked surprised to see me. He didn't say anything he just followed me into an empty room,
"So what were you going to say before I was rudely pulled away?" I said sitting on the table. He walked closer to me and grabbed my legs.

"What are you do-" his lips connected to mine, cutting me off. His hands started to move to my waist and his grip got tighter. He pushed himself between my legs, but his grip didn't loosen on my waist. His lips fit perfectly with mine, his dominance was intoxicating.

"W-wait w-ai" I tried to push him off but he pulled me closer. I didn't want to stop, I actually wanted this to happen but I couldn't let it keep going. So I pushed him and I felt his lips rip away from mine.

"Wait!" He looked at me, as if I hurt him deeply.

"Why? I know you felt what I felt" he was genuinely upset.

"B-Because we can't do this" I yelled at him.

"Why not?" He yelled at me.

"Because if people find out my career WILL be over, I have so much more to lose then you" I yelled back. He backed away from me, pulling his hair. Dominic's body language was making me nervous, he was angry.

"Why did I fucking kiss You, your right"  he was pacing back and forth in the room "I'm stupid".
"Come here" I said calmly. All he could was walk towards me and stare at me. I went up to him and hugged him, I relaxed in his arms and he relaxed in mine.

"I felt what you felt" I wanted to stay in his arms.

"I knew it" SHIT!! We both let go and froze.
