Charlotte's POV
Everyone was going to get in there cars. It was me, dada, uncle ant and aunt vani in one car and the others in the other car.
I was in the back with aunt vani and she was make a video on her phone so I asked her what it was.
Charlotte:what is that
I said pointing to the video
Avani: it's called tiktok and you can do dances and sing. do you want to do one with me?
Charlotte: sure but I have to ask dada first

Avani: can she do a TikTok with me?
Payton:yea
Charlotte: yayyyyy
We done the tiktok and posted it and then we got to the restaurant and dada picked me up and took me inside the restaurant.

Payton: your welcome. What do you want to eat?

After a little bit the others came and sat down.

Payton's POV
We were all talking and hanging out then the man came to get are ordered.
Waiter:what can I get y'all to drink
Payton:water is fine
I look over at Charlotte and she is shaking every bad and look at the waiter as if she is scared of him, I look at the guy and he is smiling like a creep at Charlotte.
Payton:come here Charlotte
She walked over to me still looking at that guy. I picked her up and walked outside with her
Charlotte:thats him
She said crying
Payton:that's who?

I said very mad
Charlotte:I'm scared
Payton:I am not going to let him or anybody hurt you ever again I promise

I want to beat the son of a bitch up sooo bad he hurt my little girl and I'm going to do what ever it take to get him gown.

The other came outside and I told the boys about the guy and then next thing I know the guy is trying to get Charlotte out of my hands so I push him back and Addison grabbed Charlotte out of my hands and her and the girls got in the car and locked the door.
The guy:give me the girl
Payton: no
The guy: GIVE ME THE GIRL
he said pushing me
I punch him in the face and I keep beating him.
Bryce:stop payt
Anthony: it's not
Josh: Charlotte doesn't need to hear this

I know that they were right but I couldn't stop hitting him and he was hitting me back so it made me want to hit him more.

Charlotte's POV
I was in the car and was watching them fight and I was hoping the dada wouldn't get hurt I love him so much.
Nessa:Charlotte it's going to be ok
Avani: come here
I crawled into her lap and then I fell asleep.
Payton's POV
Me and the guy was still fighting, I would hit him and then he would hit me and the guys keep trying to get me off of this guy but they knew that i was very mad and I wouldn't stop unless I was done.We were still fighting and then I sirens so I turn around and saw the cops pull up.

Sorry I hadn't been posting but y'all PAYTON FUCKING MOORMEIER WENT BY MY HOUSE LIKE TWO DAYS AGO AND I MADE EYE CONTACT WITH PARKER and I broke my phone and i am using my sister's old phone and now I don't have my photo of Payton no more so yeah, but how have you guys been?
